| The National Youth-led Overseas Youth Training Program of Beijing Sport University promotes new measures for the training of China’s reserve talents.In order to fully understand the implementation of overseas youth training and its influencing factors,this article is going to investigate overseas youth training team based on the students’ actual feelings.The research in this paper is mainly divided into three steps: 1.Five indicators are preset based on the literature and interview results,and experts are invited to conduct screening through questionnaires to obtain five indicators: training,learning,life,competition,and team management.2.According to the actual situation of the training,we set 80 questions under 5 indicators,invite experts to screen through questionnaires,and finally select 70 questions to compile into a questionnaire.3.Issue the questionnaire,collect the collected data and obtain the impact indicators and factors through factor analysis,and then analyze the data by analysis of variance.The conclusion is finally reached: 1.The satisfaction of the overseas youth training team members of Beijing Sports University with the training conditions is analyzed from the five major indicators and 23 factors of coach training,overseas life,team work with teachers,youth team management and cultural class learning.2."Serving the motherland for the glory of the country" is the primary motivation for participating in the volleyball and basketball youth training players of Beijing Sport University,and "the great aspiration of human talent" is the primary motivation for football students.3.In the current youth volleyball overseas training,there are problems such as the service level of the Polish training base needs to be improved,the evaluation system is not comprehensive,and the ability level of the team teachers needs to be improved.4.Compared with the football basketball youth training team,the volleyball students are more satisfied with the coaching ability of the coaches,and pay more attention to the study of cultural courses.They have more opinions on the strict management method of the youth training team.5.Overseas youth training can improve the level of work by improving the multi-dimensional evaluation system of academic training,attaching importance to the quantitative evaluation system of overseas learning training bases,focusing on the investigation of the overall quality of teachers in the team and strengthening the students’ ideological and political education.Based on the satisfaction and countermeasure research,we put forward the following suggestions: Moderately improve and innovate overseas youth training models and methods,and further explore the Beijing Sport University Youth Training Model. |
