| Objective: at present,China has made great achievements in swimming events,and the swimming level of athletes is improving day by day.However,there is still a certain gap between the short distance 100 meter freestyle and the international level,and the 400 meter freestyle in the Olympic Games belongs to the advantage of our country.Many scholars have verified the strength difference between 100 m freestyle and 400 m freestyle by heart rate,lactate value and other indicators.Muscle oxygen saturation is noninvasive and can be used to monitor the intensity of sports conveniently and quickly.However,few scholars use muscle oxygen saturation to study 100 m freestyle and 400 m freestyle.So this paper wants to compare the characteristics of 100 m freestyle and 400 m freestyle,so as to provide theoretical basis for the training and competition of athletes.This paper studies the physiological indexes of six swimming students in 100 m and 400 m freestyle of Beijing Sport University,compares the changes of muscle oxygen saturation,heart rate,blood lactate value of six students,and inquires about the fatigue degree of the athletes.It analyzes the differences of the ability requirements of the athletes in 100 m and 400 m freestyle and the characteristics of the two events Mobilization training and competition provide theoretical reference.Methods: six male swimming students from Beijing Sport University were selected.All the subjects were tested in the quiet state and after the 100 m and 400 m freestyle exercise,the muscle oxygen saturation of quadriceps femoris was monitored by portalite muscle oxygen tester,and the heart rate was measured by manual timing.After three minutes of exercise,the fingertip blood was taken to measure the blood lactate,and the RPE was inquired immediately after exercise.The changes of physiological indexes in quiet time and after exercise were compared and analyzed.The data were analyzed by Excel and tested by SPSS 23.0.Result:1.In 100 m and 400 m freestyle exercise,the changes of muscle oxygen saturation and blood lactate value are quite different from those in quiet state.2.In 100 m and 400 m freestyle,the muscle oxygen saturation decreased with the increase of exercise intensity,while the blood lactate and heart rate increased with the increase of exercise intensity.3.There is a correlation between muscle oxygen saturation and heart rate and blood lactate.Conclusion:1.Muscle oxygen saturation is related to heart rate and blood lactate value.When exercise intensity increases,muscle oxygen saturation decreases with the increase of heart rate and blood lactate;when exercise intensity decreases,muscle oxygen saturation increases with the decrease of heart rate and blood lactate value,so muscle oxygen saturation can be used as an index to evaluate exercise intensity.2.The muscle oxygen saturation of the 100 m freestyle is lower than that of the 400 m freestyle.In the 100 m freestyle,the use level of quadriceps femoris muscle oxygen is higher. |
