The rapid development of modern competitive sports requires continuous improvement of scientific training methods.As an integral part of sports training,preparatory activities play an important role in ensuring training quality,preventing sports injury and improving sports performance.As the most advanced physical training system in western countries,physical function training has gradually been widely recognized by many domestic scholars and authoritative coaches.The function preparation activity is a part of body function training,its function is to prevent sports injury and improve sports ability.As a new mode of preparatory activities,it has clear training objectives,flexible organization and more targeted training contents.Throughout the international swimming competition,some foreign excellent short distance swimmers began to use the land body functional training method as the preparatory activities before the competition,and showed extraordinary sports performance in the competition,creating remarkable competition results.In contrast,there is a common phenomenon in our country at present.Before the daily swimming training or competition,coaches and athletes lack of attention to the preparatory activities.The training methods and methods are the same.They are lack of science,flexibility and pertinence,and they cannot fully adjust the functional state of various organs and systems of swimmers in a short time,thus affecting the performance of their competitive ability.Based on the preparatory activities in the training of short-distance swimmers,combined with the characteristics of short-distance swimming events,from the perspective of action design and application effect of functional preparatory activities,taking the traditional training methods of preparatory activities as the contrast,taking the short-distance swimmers as the test objects,this paper studies to develop and improve the training and pre-competition preparatory activities for the majority of excellent coaches For inspiration and reference,for swimmers training and competition to play the best competitive state to provide useful help.By using the experimental method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper selected 16 swimming students of Grade 2018 of China Swimming Sports College of Beijing Sports University as experimental subjects.Through stratified random sampling,16 students were divided into two groups with the same number of people.The experimental group adopted the functional movement preparation method,while the control group adopted the traditional preparation method.By comparing the experimental results,the application effect of functional movement preparation of short distance swimmers is analyzed.The following results are obtained through the study:(1)The design of functional preparatory activities for short distance swimmers is composed of five modules: myofascial tissue wake-up,dynamic stretching,trunk pillar strength,movement skill integration and nerve activation.The design has certain effectiveness and feasibility,and can meet the training or competition needs of short-distance swimmers with short time,high intensity and high nerve participation.(2)The functional preparatory activities for short distance swimmers can have a more positive impact on the physiological function of the athletes,and fully mobilize the excitability of all muscles and nervous system within a certain period of time,so as to make a more smoothly transition to special training or competitive competition,and enhance the sports ability and performance.(3)The functional preparatory activities for short distance swimmers can prevent athletes from sports injury in high-intensity competition.At the same time,for the injured swimmers,functional preparatory activities can effectively reduce and control the impact of injuries on the level of competition,so that they can maximize their competitive level in the competition. |
