| In order to improve the quality of physical education in primary schools,the Beijing Municipal Government has achieved the sharing of resources between universities and primary schools by purchasing sports services in universities,This measure is called "Beijing colleges and universities,social forces participate in the development of sports aesthetic education in primary and middle schools"(hereinafter referred to as " colleges participate in primary school ").In 2014,the Beijing Municipal Government announced the official launch of the " colleges participate in primary school " project,which lasted six years,and the " colleges participate in primary school " project was about to end in June 2020.In order to implement the Beijing Municipal Education Commission’s relevant spirit and work plan for Beijing colleges and universities to participate in the development of primary school sports aesthetic education,Beijing Sports University cooperated with seven primary schools in Haidian District and Changping District to implement the development of primary school sports,and kids’ athletics was launched as a key project.In order to understand the problems and influencing factors in the development of paired elementary school kids’ athletics courses under the influence of the Beijing Sports University’s "colleges participate in primary school" project,analyze whether the kids’ athletics courses meet the requirements of primary school physical education classes,and for "colleges participate in primary school" After the project,the Beijing Municipal Education Commission provided a theoretical reference for the acceptance assessment of teaching achievements.This article uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and field survey method to analyze the situation of the kids’ athletics course in seven elementary schools for five and a half years.Objectively evaluate and analyze the curriculum implementation,teaching content,student learning interest,and physical fitness of kids’ athletics from three different perspectives: primary school instructors,trainee teachers,and students.Summarize the achievements and shortcomings in the implementation of the kids’ athletics course of the "colleges participate in primary school" project,and put forward corresponding suggestions for the better development of kids’ athletics course.The following conclusions were reached through research:(1)The project setting,course implementation,and equipment design of the "colleges participate in primary school" kids’ athletics course of Beijing Sport University are in line with the characteristics of physical and psychological development of primary school students,which can strengthen students’ physical fitness and increase their interest in participating in track and field sports.(2)The internship teachers of the kids’ athletics course have a more correct attitude and can be competent for the teaching tasks of the kids’ athletics course.However,there are problems such as insufficient organizational management capabilities,irrational application of education and teaching methods,and lack of connectivity in teaching content.(3)After the "colleges participate in primary school" project,most elementary school teachers believe that kids’ athletics courses can be continued in primary schools,and they will continue to use the project equipment for teaching.The rich teaching experience of primary school teachers coupled with advanced equipment can make kids’ athletics projects Take advantage of it.(4)The subjective factors that affect the development of the "colleges participate in primary school" kids’ athletics course include inadequate teaching ability of trainee teachers,insufficient communication between trainee teachers and elementary school teachers,and insufficient participation of primary school teachers in kids’ athletics courses.(5)The objective factors that affect the development of the "colleges participate in primary school" kids’ athletics course are limited primary school equipment,a large number of class students,and insufficient funds. |
