| As the increasing in the society’s need for high-level technical talents,new requirements for the quality of school personnel training are put forward.The development of secondary vocational colleges in China has entered the period of connotation construction from the period of scale expansion.Under this situation,how to improve the quality of practice teaching in secondary vocational schools and how to cultivate talents in line with social needs have become the main content of the research.This paper focuses on improving the quality of secondary vocational education,and attempts to promote the sustainable development of secondary vocational education by improving the quality of practical teaching,so as to provide an effective way for the research of practical teaching in secondary vocational education.In order to understand the practice quality of secondary vocational schools and promote their further development,this study carried out the research through the interview method.On the basis of the interpretation of the concept of practice teaching quality of secondary vocational practice teaching and the practice teaching quality evaluation standards,Through the interview method and the questionnaire survey method to the practice teaching objective,practice teaching content,practice teaching evaluation,practice teaching conditions guarantee and practice teaching management,the paper analyzes the problems and their causes in school practice teaching.According to the survey,Y vocational school has developed a sound management system for practical teaching.Since its establishment,Y vocational school has successively set up 67 off-campus training bases,which can provide services for teaching activities of 22 majors,and has a certain foundation in terms of practical conditions.At the same time,there are still some problems:the training target is not clear,the shortage of double-qualified teachers,the teaching ability needs to be improved;the construction of training base and practical teaching materials are lagging behind;the content of practical teaching is obsolete;the practical teaching method is influenced by the traditional teaching method;the curriculum system of practice teaching is not reasonable etc..Finally,in view of these problems arising from the investigation and research,this paper probes into the strategies to improve the quality of practical teaching from the aspects of curriculum setting,teacher troop construction,practical teaching content reform,information-based training platform construction,apprenticeship talent cultivation model and establishment and improvement of practical teaching management mechanism.It is expected to improve the quality of practical teaching in secondary vocational schools,promote the cultivation of high-level technical talents,and hope to provide suggestions for the reform of practical education and the improvement of talent cultivation model in similar institutions in the near future. |
