With the development of "replacing people with machines",in order to better meet the demand of advanced manufacturing for skilled personnel,various secondary vocational schools have opened the industrial robot major in recent years.However,due to limited resources such as equipment and sites,students have fewer practical opportunities,and the operation skills of industrial robots cannot be effectively improved.At the same time,in order to further promote the development of vocational education,the state clearly proposed to support the development and application of virtual simulation training system matching professional courses,and promote the timely interaction and resource sharing between teaching and production process.In this context,this paper proposes to introduce the virtual simulation software into the industrial robot training link,and research and explore the teaching mode that matches with the characteristics of secondary vocational students’ learning situation.Under the guidance of constructivism theory,instructional design theory and experience tower theory,this paper firstly conducts literature research and questionnaire survey.On the basis of analyzing the research trend at home and abroad and the learning situation and demand of industrial robot course in secondary vocational schools,this paper takes the most typical industrial robot training course "Industrial Robot Comprehensive Training" as an example,and designs the industrial robot training teaching mode under the virtual simulation environment that suits the characteristics of secondary vocational students.By stimulating students’ initiative,improving students’ enthusiasm for discussing and creating theme situations,the learning effect can be improved,and the implementation process of this mode is illustrated by taking the typical teaching content "creating workpiece coordinate system and trajectory program as an example".Paper in a secondary vocational school 17 robot comparing two classes teaching experiments,using SPSS statistical analysis software analysis of students’ learning achievement,learning attitude and work quality,the results show that the virtual simulation software design mode of teaching to enhance students’ learning interest and learning efficiency,hands-on ability,cooperation ability and creativity,enhance professional identity and job quality,at the same time reduce the cost of school education.Based on the problems existing in the practical training teaching of industrial robots insecondary vocational schools,this paper proposes to introduce the virtual simulation technology into the practical training teaching,designs the corresponding teaching mode and carries out the teaching practice.The research content is of positive significance for solving the lack of industrial robot training equipment,improving students’ learning enthusiasm,promoting educational equity and sharing of educational resources.
