| The nature of the integration of industry and education in vocational education determines the training of teachers in secondary vocational education requires cross-border collaboration.In recent years,many national policies have clearly required that the training of secondary vocational teachers need to establish and improve the collaborative training mechanism among universities,industry enterprises,and secondary vocational schools.Many universities have also promoted the collaborative training of vocational teachers,but there are many problems in the process of collaborative training,and the mechanism of collaborative training has not been well established.This paper focused on the mechanism of cooperation between universities and enterprises and secondary vocational schools(U-E-S)in training teachers of secondary vocational education.Under the guidance of the combination of Marxist theory and the combination of education and labor,stakeholder theory and synergy theory,an analytical framework is constructed.To delve into the existing problems and its reasons of the secondary vocational education teachers U-E-S cocultivation,this paper surveyed student who majored in vocational teachers and teachers in vocational education by questionnaire.And interviewed university teachers and leaders,the secondary vocational school,head of the faculty,enterprises and students in semi-structured interviews.Analyzing data in SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0.The results showed that teachers in secondary vocational schools agree on the necessity of cooperative motivation mechanism,operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.In terms of motivation mechanism,institutions of higher learning are proactive,and enterprises lack motivation to participate,and secondary vocational schools show ambiguous attitude;In terms of the operation mechanism,enterprises and secondary vocational schools mainly participate in the internship link.The faculty structure of institutions of higher learning is single,and the specialty setting does not meet the market demand.As for the guarantee mechanism,the guiding role of the government needs to be strengthened,and the input in collaborative cultivation needs to be increased.Moreover,there is still a lack of third-party organizations and evaluation platforms.In short,U-E-S collaborative cultivation has insufficient interest drive,imperfect coordination mechanism and lack of all-round protection.Therefore,this paper puts forward strategies for the construction of U-E-S collaborative training mechanism for secondary vocational education teachers from three dimensions,including motivation mechanism,operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism,and four main bodies,including institutions of higher learning,enterprises,secondary vocational school and government.Colleges and universities should keep close contact with the market,improve the structure of teaching staff,increase the investment in training,and provide more effective training mode for normal students of vocational education.Enterprises should seek the balance of interests,fulfill the social responsibility of vocational education,promote school-enterprise cooperation,and promote the development of vocational education.Secondary vocational schools should strengthen their own strength,attract enterprises and institutions of higher learning to cooperate,deepen the degree of cooperation.Government should strengthen the macro-control,perfect the laws and regulations,increase the investment of funds,and realize the optimal allocation of resources and the optimal training effect of vocational education teachers. |
