| At present,China’s secondary vocational education is in an important transition period,and secondary vocational teachers are also facing more and more challenges and difficulties in career development.This article studies the predicament faced by the professional development of secondary vocational teachers,finds out the causes of the predicament,and proposes solutions to help secondary vocational teachers to constantly update their professional motivation,maintain the enthusiasm and effectiveness of professional development,and form personal development and A win-win situation in which the organization develops a virtuous circle.In this study,the in-service teachers of many secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province such as Guangdong Finance and Economics Vocational School and Huizhou City Vocational College were used as research objects.Conduct a status survey of the career development dilemmas encountered.Through description,induction and comparison,it is analyzed that the teachers in secondary vocational schools currently have poor professional title promotion channels,prominent “vocational plateau” phenomenon,slow professional skills improvement of teachers,unbalanced knowledge structure,weak information technology,school and enterprise Problems such as disconnection,low professional identity,and inadequate career development planning.Focusing on these issues,the author explored the causes of the career development dilemma of secondary vocational teachers,and summarized the main factors arising from the career development dilemma of the secondary vocational teachers are the following: policy and institutional factors such as unreasonable job title level setting and job title evaluation;School management factors such as professional planning,post-employment education,business practice and imperfect evaluation incentives;social factors such as high social expectations,low professional identity,low salary income,etc;lack of career planning,physical and mental health,lack of sense of belonging and other teachers personal reason.Finally,this research combines the current situation of the professional development of secondary vocational teachers,based on the survey results of many secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province,with a reasonable and actionable starting point,following the principle of operability,and focusing on practically solving the professional development plight of secondary vocational teachers,Designed a breakthrough countermeasure andelimination path.One is to adjust the focus of job title evaluation and highlight the actual effect of teaching performance;the second is to optimize the evaluation system and broaden the space and channels;the third is to improve management efficiency and promote the improvement of teachers ’professional abilities;the fourth is to optimize the professional settings and train teaching teachers and masters;The fifth is to improve teachers’ information teaching ability;The sixth is to innovate the "school-enterprise cooperation" teacher training model;The seventh,enhance the sense of social identity,enhance the sense of honor and gain;The eighth,strengthen the teachers’ professional development awareness and care for the individual growth of teachers. |
