The advancement of agricultural technology has promoted the improvement of agricultural labor efficiency,and at the same time,it has produced more rural surplus labor.The effective transfer of these labor forces is directly related to the settlement of a series of problems such as social stability in Kashgar and agriculture,rural development and increasing farmers’ income.The extent and pace of agricultural modernization in the Kashgar region.The Kashgar area is located in the southwestern part of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and belongs to ethnic minority areas.The total number of rural surplus labor force reached 148,100(2016).These people have low cultural level and are difficult to find.They are relatively suitable for enterprises with low technical requirements.Studying the transfer of rural surplus labor force to enterprises in Kashgar region has important reference significance for analyzing the transfer of rural surplus labor in Xinjiang.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to study the transfer employment situation of rural laborers in Kashgar,and focuses on the status quo,characteristics and obstacles of employment,and analyzes a series of problems in it.Optimizing the path,I hope to effectively promote the efficiency of human resources development in Kashgar. |
