Study On Campus Culture Construction In Chinese Universities Of Multi-Culture

Campus culture construction plays an important role in the sustainable development of higher education and the cultivation of high-level talents.University campus culture contains spiritual factors,belief factors,traditional habits,moral customs,etc.,as a kind of cultural atmosphere pervading in the university campus,has a strong appeal and driving force to campus people,at the same time,also has a strong radiation influence,is one of the university to serve the social function of one of the powerful promoter.Driven by economic globalization,cultural diversity has become the development trend of world culture.The arrival of diversification has an impact on all aspects of society,which is of positive significance for people to broaden their horizons and change their way of thinking.Multi-culture also has a profound impact on campus culture,which broadens the vision of campus culture.However,multi-culture also impacts campus culture,exacerbates the conflict between cultural values and weakens the critical spirit of universities.Therefore,on this basis,starting from the current situation of campus culture construction,it is found that foreign culture,network culture and social change in the current diversification are the impact of the current campus culture,and the current problems in the current campus culture construction due to multi-culture are highlighted: Imbalance in the construction of campus culture and campus culture construction lack of perfect organizational structure,the convergence of the construction of campus culture is relatively serious,and campus culture construction of the "main melody" is not prominent,aiming at the above problems and reasons,put forward under the multicultural background,our country’s university campus culture construction from the material,spirit,system and behavior effectively the construction of four aspects,can ensure that the current real melody of campus culture and the mainstream values will not be shaken,can produce real diverse talents.
