Research On The Construction Of Teachers’ Ethics Of Postgraduate Tutors In The New Era

In the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the teachers’ ethics in colleges and universities,and puts forward the call of “ being teachers with four good points ” and “adhering to the four unifications”.Postgraduate tutors are the primary responsible persons for postgraduate ideological and political education.Their professional ethics determine the quality of the cultivation of high-level talents in our country and directly affect the development and progress of postgraduate education.In recent years,the ethics of postgraduate teachers are generally positive and healthy,but the behaviors of a few teachers that violate the bottom line of teacher’s ethics cannot be ignored,and the adverse effects brought by them are very extensive and serious.The improper behavior of some graduate tutors not only violates the professional ethics of teachers,but also affects the good image of the entire graduate tutor team.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the construction of the teacher’s ethics of postgraduate tutors.On the basis of previous research results and the current background of the times,this paper makes an investigation and research on the current situation of the ethics of the graduate tutors,hoping to provide theoretical guidance for strengthening the poetgraduate tutors’ ethics in the new era.The article is divided into five parts.The first part explains the importance of the construction of postgraduate teacher’s ethics in the new era from the research background,research significance,research ideas and methods,and innovation points.The second part briefly introduces the new era,teachers’ ethics,postgraduate tutors and characteristics and other related concepts,summarizes the content of the postgraduate teacher’s ethics and explains the importance of its construction.The third part uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation of postgraduate teachers’ ethics,and systematically analyzes the problems existing in the construction of postgraduate teachers’ ethics and the causes of the problems.The fourth part makes a profound summary and analysis of the principles and countermeasures of the construction of the ethics of postgraduate tutors in the new era.In the light of the problems in the construction of the teacher’s ethics in the new era,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
