With the rapid development of network technology and the exponential growth of network resources,the network has become an important pillar of the progress of scientific research in universities.Therefore,the construction of universities’ networks is becoming more and more important.This is an important step in the realization of informationized campuses.College teachers and students are an important group to use the Internet.In the era of rich media,the contradiction between network bandwidth requirements and operating costs has become increasingly prominent.The upgrade of export bandwidth has become the new normal in the construction of college networks.Demand,the cost of school leased operator network dedicated lines remains high.In order to solve the above problems,the socialized operation of the campus network is required,and the enterprise provides the operation and management platform of the university network.Therefore,this paper proposes a solution for the university broadband access operation and management platform based on hybrid cloud.The platform introduces a variety of operations The commercial network solves the problem of increasing the network bandwidth demand of universities but the cost cannot be effectively saved.It meets the needs of universities to expand capacity,speed up,and reduce fees,and improves the university’s broadband operation management capabilities,and also brings more to operators Number of users and revenue growth.Hybrid cloud-based university broadband access operation management platform is composed of broadband access subsystem,nethelp self-care subsystem and broadband operation management subsystem.It adopts a hybrid cloud architecture that is more secure and adapts to changes,enabling the use of multi-tenant platforms..The broadband access subsystem is deployed in the private cloud and is mainly used for authentication,authorization,billing and other functions to achieve user Internet access.The advantage of this subsystem in the private cloud is that the student connects to the Internet for faster authentication and user data is more secure.The nethelp self-care subsystem and the broadband operation management subsystem are micro-service subsystems built on the public cloud platform.They mainly implement user account opening,product creation,user order placement,and marketing activity creation and related marketing activity statistics.Support the platform to complete the operation and management capabilities.This article first introduces the background of broadband operation and management in colleges and universities,and the related technologies used in this article.Combined with the actual situation of a college in Xi’an,the demand analysis of the platform is conducted.,Manage online devices and query network usage in real time.Enterprises can open accounts for students,place orders,handle abnormal orders,create various network packages,and provide management traceability channels when schools need to manage student networks.Operators can Obtain the number of student users in the operation of campus network.This paper studies the data synchronization of public cloud and private cloud under the hybrid cloud architecture,and specifically designs the functional modules of this platform.Finally,through testing,verify that the platform meets the requirements.After the implementation of this platform in a university in Xi’an,it solved the problem of broadband operation and management of the school.Through the hybrid cloud architecture,a number of schools were settled on the platform,which greatly reduced the network bandwidth costs of universities and the operation and management costs of enterprises on university networks.Has very important practical significance and value.
