A Comparative Analysis Of Offensive And Defensive Capacity Between Chinese Team And Opponents In The 2019 Word Korfball Championship

Originating in the Netherlands in 1902,Korfball has a history of more than 100 years.It is the only group competition in the world where men and women compete together.It emphasizes teamwork and gender equality,and is a strategic sport.The Chinese team in the2019 World Korfball championship once again refreshed their best results in this event,and the fourth place in the World Championships also enabled China to successfully qualify for the Korfballl event at the World Games in Birmingham,USA in July 2021.This paper takes the seven matches between the Chinese team and the opponent in the 2019 World Korfball Championship as the research object,and uses the methods of documentary,observation of video game,expert interview,mathematical statistics,Comparative analysis,RSR comprehensive evaluation and other research methods to determine the offence and defense indicators.By observing the videos,recording and summarizing the data,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the relevant indicators of the offence and defense ability of the Chinese team and its opponents in the 2019 World Korfball Championships,which can get the specific objective data of the offence and defense ability of the Chinese team and the opponent in the process of their competition,and find out the shortcomings and advantages in the offence and defense ability of the Chinese team and their opponents during the game.This paper analyzes the reasons for their regrettable loss to the champion Dutch team and the third runner-up Chinese Taipei team,and makes feasible suggestions for their reasons,which has a certain reference value for the improvement of the offensive and defensive ability of the Chinese Korfball team in the game and the development of the Korfball in China.Through analysis and research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In terms of offensive ability,the Chinese Dutch team has obvious advantages over opponents in long-range shooting and free kick,but the foul index is at a disadvantage.However,when the Chinese team encountered an opponent with a higher RSR than their offensive ability,the hit rate of these two indicators dropped significantly.2.In terms of defensive ability,the Chinese Dutch team has an obvious advantage in pressing the opponent’s turnover indicators compared to their opponents,but the foul indicators are at a disadvantage.The Chinese team has the characteristics of being youngerand has a strong defensive ability,but the defensive experience is obviously insufficient.It is extremely necessary to conduct special training for targeted control of fouls.3.In terms of comprehensive evaluation of offensive and defensive abilities,the Chinese Dutch team has an offensive and defensive balance compared with their opponents.Both the RSR value of the offensive ability and the RSR value of the defensive ability are 0.66.For the phenomenon of male weakness,the RSR values of the female players of the Chinese team are higher than those of the male players.4.Compared with the teams with the same level of attack and defense RSR,the Chinese Dutch team has the lowest RSR value of the Chinese team.The reason is that although the offensive ability of the Chinese team,the Dutch team and the Chinese Taipei team are at the same level,the defensive ability of the Chinese team is at the B level.,The Netherlands team and the Chinese Taipei team are A grade.
