In recent years,the Ministry of Education of China has issued a series of policy documents to further promote the construction and application of online open courses in China,to promote the deep integration of information technology and education,and to promote the reform of higher education and teaching.The Ministry of Education on Strengthening Online Opening of Higher Education Opinions on the Application and Management of Curriculum Construction(Jiaogao[2015]No.3,Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Promotion of Modernization of Education(2018-2022),.Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening the Application and Management of Online Open Curriculum Construction in Colleges and Universities With the promotion of policies,China has made breakthrough progress in the construction of the MOOC open platform and online open courses.Through the survey,it is found that the number of online resources for PE-based MOOCs is currently small,and the content of the courses is not systematic and comprehensive.The combination of the hybrid teaching model and physical education is also in the initial stage of development.To this end,I quoted the ADDIE model theory and designed and developed the College Football Public Sports Motivation CourseCollege Football Course.Using MOOC,Blending Learning based on flipped classroom was implemented.Through questionnaires and interviews,the quality level of Mu class and the teaching effect of the Blending Learning were tested.The research aims to enrich the content and form of football teaching materials,innovate football teaching methods and methods,better guide the development of football teaching,and improve football teaching.There are six parts in this study.The first part is an introduction,which mainly includes the background of the topic selection,research significance,research ideas,research methods and research difficulties and difficulties to illustrate the value and feasibility of this research.The second part is the definition of related concepts.Analyze and study related concepts such as ADDIE model,MOOC,micro-class,Blending Learning model and flipped classroom to determine the research scope;the third part is the domestic and international research review,the basic connotation and application of ADDIE model,MOOC The characteristics of the concept,the design and development of the MOOC,the influence of the MOOC on the teaching practice,and the research status of the MOOC ’s teaching effect are reviewed,and the development trend of related research is analyzed;the fourth part is the analysis and design of the MOOC And development,the analysis part is to study from four aspects:learning needs,learning goals,learner characteristics and existing resources,and the design part is from the design principles of the mu class,the teaching content of the mu class,the teaching resources of the mu class,the filming script of the mu class Research in four areas,the development part is from the Mu class development method,Mu class development tools and the general method of Mu class development Conduct research in three aspects and complete the creation of the"Municipal Football Course" of the Mu course through the above links;the fifth part is the implementation and evaluation of the Mu course.The research and evaluation part is conducted from three aspects:student performance analysis,questionnaire results analysis and interview record analysis.It has innovated a hybrid teaching model of college football public physical education based on the flipped classroom,and tested The quality level and the teaching effect of the Blending Learning;the sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:1)The ADDIE model has important guiding value for the design,development and application evaluation of MOOC,and provides systematic and programmatic methods and ideas for research.2)The MOOC College Football Course has reasonable content,rich resources,professional skill,and rich experience in the teaching team,and the overall design and development is in high level.3)The online learning completion rate of MOOC is high.Students generally accept and like MOOC and micro-learning resources.Positive feedback is obvious.4)The Blending Learning based on the flipped classroom has better teaching effect and can effectively help the college football public physical education class to complete the teaching goal.5)The MOOC "College Football Course" and the Blending Learning based on the flipped classroom are suitable for use in physical education and are worthy of popularization by physical education teachers.
