On the basis of summarizing the related research results of tutor group management at home and abroad,this paper takes the tutor group of master of liberal arts in Guangxi University,Guangxi Normal University,Nanning Normal University and Guangxi University for Nationalities as the research object,investigates the current situation of tutor group effectiveness and group behavior of master of liberal arts in liberal arts through questionnaire,personal interview and other methods,and analyzes the relationship between the two factors through the analysis,it reveals the influence of group behavior on the effectiveness of the tutor group.The results show that:1.The effectiveness of the tutor group of liberal arts academic masters in Guangxi universities is relatively low,which shows that the enthusiasm of tutors to participate in the common activities of the tutor group needs to be improved,the satisfaction of the members of the tutor group needs to be improved,and the quality of the master students cultivated by the tutor group needs to be improved.2.Guangxi Colleges and universities neglect the management of the group behavior of the tutor group of the master of liberal arts.There are some problems in the group behavior,such as the lack of group culture atmosphere,the unreasonable decision-making process of the tutor group,the conflict within the tutor group and the improper handling of management methods,the lack of communication and interaction among the members of the tutor group,the lack of self-examination ability of the tutor group,and the unreasonable regulation of the tutor group system.3.There is a significant correlation between the effectiveness of tutor group and group behavior management.Group behavior management has a positive predictive effect on the effectiveness of tutor group.To a large extent,the better the management of tutor group behavior,the higher the effectiveness.On this basis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of management innovation from six dimensions of group behavior,that is,the atmosphere management,decision-making management,conflictmanagement,communication management,introspection management and standard management of tutor group,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the effectiveness of tutor group of liberal arts academic master in Guangxi University.
