Research On The Demand And Training Of Innovative And Entrepreneurial Agricultural Talents In Wuming District Of Nanning Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Agriculture is the basic guarantee for the development of the country.The No.1 Central Document has conducted in-depth discussions on work around the theme of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" for 17 consecutive years,highlighting the great emphasis of our country on the “three rural” affairs.The strategy of rural vitalization that was put forward at the 19 th national congress of the CPC is of great importance to point the way to carry out the “three rural”affairs at the present stage in our country,and talent revitalization plays a vital role on rural revitalization.Taking wuming district of Nanning city as an example,the in-depth research and analysis on the status quo,cultivation path role of rural revitalization of innovative and entrepreneurial agricultural talents was performed via literature research,theoretical analysis,field investigation and questionnaire issuance.The findings are listed below.The rapid development of agriculture has created an agricultural brand with the characteristics of wuming and further drove force of agricultural development.At the same time,the proper policys such as agricultural technology training,entrepreneurship training and talent introduction based on the local actual situation was conducted improving the number of agricultural talents.According to the on-the-spot investigation of the development of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" agricultural talents these agricultural talents play an important role in leading scientific and technological innovation,promoting the development of agricultural industry,boosting the prosperity of rural economy and promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.However,there are the several problems in the training of "double innovation" agricultural talents in wuming district.Firstly,the policy of introduction of innovative and entrepreneurial agricultural talents is not adequately publicized,and the cultivation of the talents should be strengthened.Secondly,the supportive policy for entrepreneurship is insufficient.Thirdly,the rural land circulation restricts the development of entrepreneurs.Fourthly,the existing agricultural socialization service system is not complete.Furthermore,there are not enough agricultural colleges and universities to train agricultural entrepreneurship talents.Finally,there is a phenomenon of blind follow in the choice of leading industry of agricultural talents in wuming district.In view of the above issues,the corresponding countermeasures are pointed out in the current paper: Firstly,strengthening the publicity of the introduction policy ofagricultural talents for innovation and entrepreneurship;Secondly,strengthening the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial agricultural talents;Thirdly,strengthening the support for innovation and entrepreneurship;Fourthly,Improving the land circulation mechanism and promoting agricultural development;Furthermore,improving the agricultural socialization service system and strengthening the cultivation of agricultural innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agricultural colleges and universities;Finally,taking market demand as the guidance reasonable choice leading industry.
