| Campus Football not only shoulders the historical mission of revitalizing Chinese Football,but also carries the great mission of "Sports Power ".For a long time,the related research of Campus Football has always been a hot spot in the field of sports and even education in China.Education is the essential attribute of Campus Football,as an important part of Campus Football work,the construction of Campus Football culture is very important.In the face of the confusion in the construction of Campus Football culture,it is urgent to construct a scientific and operable evaluation system of Campus Football culture.Based on the research structure of combining theory with practice,this study comprehensively applied the literature analysis method,interview method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics method,field investigation method and logic analysis method to construct the evaluation system of Campus Football culture construction.The specific findings are as follows:First,After literature combing and multi-round expert argumentation,this research constructs the evaluation system of Campus Football culture construction.The index content of the system is composed of spiritual culture,material culture,behavior culture and system culture four first-level indicators,thinking,cognition,emotion,value and other 13 second-level indicators,Campus Football slogan,Campus Football social influence and other 36 third-level indicators.The AHP hierarchy process is used to score the weights of each level index,and the specific scoring criteria of each level index are explained in detail.Second,The field investigation and evaluation of 16 Campus Football characteristic schools in four districts and counties of Ganzhou city,and the practice of the evaluation system constructed,the results prove that the system has strong maneuverability and scientific nature.Third,From the results of practical investigation,the construction of Campus Football culture in Ganzhou has the overall characteristics of accord with the statistical law,the overall score is low,and the evaluation results are significantly different.Four districts and counties have significant differences in each evaluation index;from the total score,Zhanggong District first,Dingnan County second,Xinfeng County third,Dayu County fourth.There are great differences between the high-score schools and the low-score schools in the Campus Football slogan,the influence of the Campus Football,the support of the leadership,the teachers’ team,the financial support,the number of league leagues in the school,the number of matches outside the school,the football competition system,the football competition reward system and so on.Fourth,Looking at the evaluation results,we can analyze the following problems in the construction of Campus Football culture in Ganzhou in the emergence stage: the cultural construction is not paid attention to,the leadership support is not enough;the basic material condition is lacking,the teacher’s professional ability is not high;the popularization is narrow,theconstruction form is single;the implementation procedure system is not perfect,and the incentive mechanism is insufficient.Based on the present situation of Ganzhou,the following suggestions are put forward for the future construction of football culture in Ganzhou: strengthening the study of cultural connotation,strengthening the sense of leadership responsibility,improving the basic material conditions,strengthening the construction of teachers,enriching the means of cultural construction,and creating the atmosphere of football culture. |
