| In recent years,the economy of China is becoming booming and some new economic forms have emerge,building economy is one of them.In the building economy,there are bound to be countless building communities.For building community,there must be countless enterprises,institutions and employees.In face,heavy work tasks and fierce market competition,the employees are more or less facing some pressure and problems that they can not resolving those problems,such as physical and mental health,family life and interpersonal relationship,etc.These pressures make employees work less efficiently,and their sense of well-being also decreases.They need help and care urgently.Corporating of social work is to apply professional social work methods to enterprises,provide guidance and services for employees in life and work,help employees relieve physical and mental pressure,improve working environment and atmosphere,and improve work efficiency.Employee assistance program(EAP),for short,is a set of professional and long-term supporting plans set up by the organization for employees.It is one of the effective ways to solve employee problems in enterprise social work.Building community mode corporate social work is to carry out professional corporate social work services in building communities.Based on interviews and questionnaires,this paper investigates five building communities in the downtown area of Chengdu,each building community has set up a Chengdu post station Party and mass service center.The author takes these five party and mass service centers as the research focus,investigates their development path,analyzes their development status and existing effectiveness,and summarizes their suggestions On the basis of the services,characteristics and development experience,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of enterprise social work in building community mode.It is found that the social work of building community enterprises in Chengdu started late,but the development trend is good,and corresponding results have been achieved.It improves the employment environment of employees,effectively relieves the pressure of employees on work,and promotes the establishment of corporate social responsibility and the development of building economy.But also found that there are several problems in the development of social work building model in Chengdu,and put forward targeted suggestions from the perspective of expanding clinical.I hope that this paper can provide some theoretical support for the development of social work in building communities,and contribute a little to the exploration of the development path of local enterprise social work. |
