| With the leap of 5G era,the development of educational informatization has ushered in a new spring.SPOC is a reconstruction and optimization based on MOOC.Currently,the teaching practice of SPOC courses in China is mostly focused on higher education research,rarely involving vocational education related to secondary vocational colleges.With the development of tourism at a high speed and high level,it is inseparable from the tour guides who are always on the front line.Secondary vocational schools,as an important export place for tourist guide talents and a cradle for the cultivation of front-line tourism personnel,are bound to apply the new information teaching mode SPOC and continuously improve the existing teaching mode under the strong support of the national policy.Based on SPOC teaching mode,this paper studies the teaching of Tour guide business in secondary vocational schools.On the basis of studying the current situation of SPOC teaching mode at home and abroad,the concept of SPOC teaching mode and secondary vocational schools are firstly defined.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students majoring in tourism service in X Vocational College of Jiangxi province,and interviews were conducted with some of the course teachers,so as to sort out and analyze the current situation of the course "Tour Guide Business" in secondary vocational school.Then,the links and processes of SPOC teaching mode including pre-class preparation,in-class internalization and after-class consolidation are discussed in detail.This paper constructs a teaching mode of SPOC suitable for secondary vocational schools.Finally,according to the above research and the group attributes of secondary vocational students,four classes were designed to strengthen professional identity as the core of the tour guide work service procedures and service quality teaching cases and applied.After the end of the teaching experiment,the main part was the summary evaluation,supplemented by the chapter test results.In this study,it is found that students’ satisfaction with SPOC course is highly recognized,among which female students’ satisfaction with SPOC course is slightlyhigher than male students’.The students in the two grades showed more positive performance than those in the middle.The learning experience of SPOC course has a positive impact on learning satisfaction,and has been improved to some extent in learning effect and chapter score test,as well as professional awareness.The results show that SPOC teaching mode can improve the teaching effect and professional recognition of tourism majors in secondary vocational schools,and SPOC teaching mode has a high degree of satisfaction. |
