Research On The Basic Structure Of Mass Sports Events System In China Based On Interpretation Structure Model

The development of mass sports events occupies a place in the development of national fitness and sports industry.The development of mass sports events is influenced by many complicated factors.At present,the development of mass sports events depends on the experience of organizers and lacks the corresponding theoretical guidance.In order to make the development of mass sports events meet the social needs,make it scientific,standardized and systematic development,it is of great significance to construct mass sports events system.This research is based on system theory,project management theory and stakeholder theory,taking the development trend and characteristics of mass sports events in China,the problems existing in the development of events and the system elements that affect the development of mass sports events as the research object.Using the method of literature data to collect relevant documents and policy documents to provide the theoretical basis for this study;using expert interview and questionnaire survey to 12 experts to determine the impact factors of mass sports events and the relationship between the factors;using the interpretation structure model method to construct the basic structure of China’s mass sports events system,using case study method to three mass sports events The scientific nature of the basic structure of mass sports events system is verified by the research and analysis.First of all,through the analysis of the development of mass sports events in China,as well as the main problems in the development of mass sports events,based on literature research and expert interviews,summed up the factors affecting the development of mass sports events.Secondly,according to the questionnaire survey and literature summary,this paper analyzes the relationship between the factors that affect the development of mass sports events,constructs the adjacency matrix,and uses the explanatory structure model to clarify the hierarchical relationship among the influencing factors,draws out the hierarchical structure model map,and constructs the structure system of the influencing elements of mass sports events in China.Then the basic structure of China’s mass sports events system isobtained,which is divided into the surface influence elements and The underlying factors are policy and regulations,organization and management,event guidance,service personnel,logistics support,supervision and evaluation,event publicity and financial support.The underlying factors are bid application,event approval,government coordination,organization structure,organization form,organization specification,event planning,referee,event guide,volunteer,security personnel,venue facilities,environment,transportation security,medical service,material preparation,risk assessment,event supervision,benefit assessment,publicity approach,publicity concept,source and use of funds.Final impact The factors explain and provide theoretical basis for scientific and standardized development of mass sports events.
