Education is the most direct and effective measure to help the poor,and the vocational education in the poor areas is the most important thing in the education to help the poor.Western Yunnan is one of the most poverty-stricken areas in China,which has a large area,a large population and complicated causes.Taking the western Yunnan as an example,the paper studies the current situation,main measures and main problems of the vocational education in the western Yunnan,which can be used as a reference for the work of the vocational education in the future.This study uses the method of literature analysis to the typical cases of precision poverty alleviation in vocational education in China,and on the basis of literature collection,makes a field investigation in the west of Yunnan,by using the interview method,the present situation of the vocational education in the west of Yunnan Province is more directly understood,the main problems in the process of the vocational education are summarized,and the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward.This article mainly carries on the research from the following five parts:Part One,introduction.This paper introduces the reasons for the selection of topics,through literature review,to determine the theme of this study,research ideas and basic content.This paper summarizes the domestic and international literature on Vocational Education,and provides a framework for this study.The second part,the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.The paper defines the concept of vocational education,Rural Vocational Education and vocational education.Relying on the CPC’s thought of precision poverty reduction,sustainable livelihood theory,human capital theory,this paper provides theoretical support.The third part,our country vocational education helps the model case which the precision helps the poor.This paper analyzes and summarizes the model of precision poverty alleviation of vocational education in Hunan,Guizhou and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,and provides some reference experiences for vocational educationin the West of Yunnan.The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the vocational education in Western Yunnan.Based on the data of questionnaire,interview records and poverty alleviation cases,this paper concludes that there are some problems such as deviation of poverty alleviation policy,weak foundation and education in the process of vocational education.In the last part,the vocational education in the west of Yunnan is proposed to help the poverty alleviation.Based on the current situation of precision poverty alleviation in the vocational education,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies from the perspectives of poverty alleviation policy,connotation construction and school-enterprise cooperation.
