At present,multimedia technology,computer technology and network technology are constantly applied to the field of education,and learning resources are constantly evolving into rich digital learning resources.With the development of educational information-based,abundant learning resources are integrated into learners’ learning.At present,the rich learning resources and personalized resource recommendation is also increasing day by day,but there are few resources that can be used for personalized recommendation,which cannot satisfy the learning of students at different knowledge levels,nor can it be suitable for students in all aspects.This problem affects not only students’ learning effect,but also the degree of individualized teaching to a large extent.Therefore,how to organize learning resources plays a key role in individualized learning.In order to solve this problem,this paper takes knowledge points as the core and constructs a multidimensional learning resource organization mode oriented to personalized learning.This model divides the teaching contents of each lesson into different knowledge points according to the teaching objectives and key and difficult points of each class.With knowledge points as the core,learning resources are organized from three dimensions: difficulty of learning resources,function of learning resources and form of learning resources.First,after determining the knowledge points,teachers should classifyat various levelsaccording to Bloom’s cognitive objectives and determine which difficulty categorieseach resource under each knowledge point can be divided into.Secondly,according to the function of learning resources,various resources are divided into learning resources,testing resources and counseling resources to meet the needs of students in different learning stages.Finally,teachers use various tools or teaching experience to organize different forms of learning resources,testing resources and tutoring resources.In order to verify the application effect of this model in personalized teaching,this paper selects senior high school mathematics compulsory one as teaching content,applies the multidimensional learning resource organization model for personalized learning to practical teaching,and develops knowledge-based teaching practice in three stages: learning stage,testing stage and tutoring stage.The results show that the multidimensional learning resource organization model oriented to personalized learning can provide students with personalized learning resources,further improve students’ academic performance,andpromote the development of education towards a personalized direction.
