| Funding education in colleges and universities is not only an important part of the ideological and political education of college students,has profound educational value,but also an important measure to promote poverty alleviation and education equity,and has important social value.At present,with the reform of the higher education system,the number of college students and education costs continue to increase,and the number of college students with financial difficulties continues to increase.Their economic,ideological,psychological,and academic issues have become increasingly prominent,and they have become an important content to be resolved in the ideological and political education of college students.At present,colleges and universities fund education work with emphasis on the level of financial assistance.The education system is lack of construction,and the education effect of funding needs to be improved.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that the ideological and political work should be carried through the entire process of education and teaching,so as to realize the whole staff,the whole process,and the full range of education.Therefore,combining the concept of "Three Full Education",in accordance with the current new situation,new tasks,and new requirements of poverty alleviation and education reform,We will organically integrate funded education and talent cultivation,explore new modes of funded education in universities under the new situation,and continuously optimize the work of funded education in universities.This article takes the research and development of college funded education under the concept of "Three Full Education" as the research content,based on the research of relevant literature,based on the results of questionnaire surveys and interviews,combined with the analysis of typical cases,summarizes the current stage of university-funded education development status.Through the survey results,it is found that at present,the overall recognition of colleges and universities in funding and educating people has been continuously improved,the moral education function of funding has been increasingly enhanced,and the carrier of funded education has become more and more abundant.These reflect some achievements in the development of funded education,but some problems were still found in the investigation process,mainly including the lack of targeted education assistance,inadequate implementation of education links,and low satisfaction of the development needs of the funding targets.Combining the theme of the research in this article,we summarize the reasons for the current shortage of funded education in colleges and universities from the perspective of all staff,the whole process,and all aspects: the lack of integration of the main resources of funded education,the need to improve the mechanism of funded education,the content is relatively simple.Combined with the results of the investigation and analysis,supported by relevant literature,combined with the concept of " Three Full Education ",mainly from the main body,process and content of funding education,provides countermeasures for the current funding education.First,integrate the main resources of funded education to realize the whole staff education;second,improve the funded education mechanism to achieve the whole process of education;third,enrich the content of funded education to ensure comprehensive education. |
