Since the end of the 20 th century,the organization for economic cooperation and development(OECD)has initiated programs on core literacy,which has become a hot topic in the discussion of basic education in various countries.Countries are exploring core competencies such as curriculum development,learning styles,teaching concepts,and educational evaluation.In March 2014,the ministry of education of China issued the opinions on comprehensively deepening curriculum reform and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality,which defined the core accomplishment in the document and of course brought a series of changes to the field of mathematics education [2].As far as educational evaluation is concerned,academic evaluation should not only focus on students’ mastery of basic knowledge,but also examine students’ subject ability,and try to reflect the process and ideological method of students’ knowledge experience in the test.The paper scheduling level used for academic evaluation directly affects the quality of academic quality monitoring,but the quality levels of the paper scheduling are different in different regions,such as conception problem.Coordination of simultaneous examination of knowledge and thought processes;Item selection and collocation;Examine the breadth and depth of knowledge;Situation setting;therefore,this paper focuses on the "evaluation research of primary school mathematics graduation papers from the perspective of core literacy".In this study,the primary school mathematics graduation papers of five districts in the capital city of H province from 2018-2019 were selected as the research object.Firstly,text analysis was adopted to gradually select evaluation indicators and extract and sort out evaluation requirements in strict accordance with the provisions of mathematics curriculum standards for compulsory education(2011 edition)and relevant research experience.The paper USES questionnaire and weight formula to calculate the weight of each index,and constructs the "evaluation framework of primary school mathematics graduation papers from the perspective of core literacy".In order to make the evaluation framework more scientific and practical,the "evaluation framework" was tested and interviewed by teaching and research staff,backbone teachers and sixth grade students.Through the test and interview,the evaluation framework was revised,and finally the "evaluation framework of primary school mathematics graduation papers from the perspective of core literacy" was determined.Then,taking the math graduation papers of primary schools in five districts of W city in 2018-2019 as the sample size,each test paper was evaluated and analyzed first,and then each index of the evaluation framework of the five test papers was compared and analyzed.In the end,the highlights,problems and Suggestions of the five papers are summarized to provide reference for the monitoring of the academic quality of the sixth grade.Research shows that the author summarizes some highlights and shortcomings through the evaluation and analysis of 5 sets of primary school mathematics graduation papers:1.The cognitive level is consistent with "mathematics curriculum standards".The full score of cognitive structure is 18,and the score of all the five papers is about 16.Therefore,he performs well in the structural evaluation of the papers with good consistency.It shows that the propositional units attach great importance to the consistency between the cognitive level and the curriculum standard and put it into practice.2.Comprehensive coverage of mathematical ability,key ability test prominent.The full score of the ability structure is 20 points,and the scores of the five test papers are all above 18 points.The overall coverage of the ability is good,with little difference.The key abilities were all over 50%,which met the requirements.Comparatively speaking,there were more tests on abstract ability and less tests on reasoning ability.3.Difficulty is better,the test paper hierarchy.The full score of the difficulty structure is 10,and the average score of the five sections is 8.8.The difficulty of the test paper is well controlled and the reading amount of the test paper is moderate.4.Knowledge units are generally missing,and the proportion of knowledge distribution is not well coordinated.The knowledge coverage rate is between 67% and 80%,which is not high.The knowledge examination tends to focus on number and algebra,but less on statistics and probability and figures and geometry.5.Abundant types of dominant structure and reasonable arrangement;But the invisible question wasn’t obvious.The total score of question structure is 10 points,and the average score of the five test papers is 8.9 points.6.The trend of situational proposition is obvious.The full score of emotional structure is 12 points,and the average score of the five test papers is 11.2 points.The design of the test paper,the lively language and the contextualization of the test questions are conducive to the development of students’ psychological feelings.Attribution analysisThere are several factors that affect the evaluation of primary school mathematics graduation papers:1.The length of the primary school mathematics graduation examination paper is limited,so it is impossible to examine all the knowledge in the compulsory education curriculum standard(2011 edition).So part of the paper is not in strict accordance with the mathematical curriculum standards of knowledge units.2.There are no specific indicators and framework for evaluation in the mathematics curriculum standards for compulsory education(2011 edition),so there are different levels of examination paper scheduling and evaluation level.3.Paper-and-pencil test will also have its limitations.Part of the knowledge of the process is not easy to be examined and evaluation is not convenient.Suggestions for improvement:1.The examination paper preparation should be scientific and reasonable,in strict accordance with the requirements of mathematics curriculum standards for compulsory education(2011 edition)2.Educators update their educational concepts in time3.Strengthen the training of propositional techniques and evaluation techniques for front-line teachers.4.Open a variety of evaluation methods to make up for the shortage of paper-and-pencil test.
