| The objective factors such as the ecological changes in the media industry and institutional and institutional obstacles have led to the continuous decline in the media employment rate of journalism graduates, and the choice of graduation destination has gradually become a feature of pan-newsization.As the main force and reserve army of journalists in the traditional sense, the career choice of journalism graduates is worth exploring. The traditional occupational theory pays attention to the single factor analysis and follows the empirical research path of the first construction and verification.Such research is usually based on large-scale questionnaires to explore group career choices, ignoring the procedural and dynamic nature of career choices as individual behaviors, and is not subjective and limited, and can not be deepened, even making research difficult to jump out.The framework of local static research.Under the background of pan-news employment, the impact of single factors such as professional attitude, professional identity and experience on the media career choice of journalism graduates is too one-sided.Such research is essentially a type of research perspective, and it is impossible to fully and comprehensively look at the career choices of journalism graduates. Therefore, compared with the above research, the study of career choices for journalism graduates is more realistic. In the dynamic disclosure of career choices and outstanding continuity, the developmental theory of the professional field provides a good perspective and method. From this perspective, this paper uses qualitative research methods to explore career choices through in-depth interviews and data analysis of 15 journalism graduates.Studies have shown that the lack of clear career goals and planning is the main feature of journalism graduates in the career selection process. The career choice of graduates is a dynamic and continuous process, which is mixed with many accidental factors and unpredictable results, reflecting the complexity and adaptability of the subject of career choice.Individual clear self-cognition is an important basis for the formation and change of career interests and goals, and even for career positioning and development. The emergence of pan-news employment trends is the reform of news media institutions. The inevitable result of the objective reality caused by the oversupply of journalism graduates is the personal choice of the graduates based on their own experiences and self-recognition and situation judgment. Therefore, clear career goals and planning at the individual level are the primary.Clear self-awareness is the basis of planning. It is conducive to the formation of a coherence in the process of professional choice and study, industry internship, job search, etc.Practical employability and vocational skills;at the institutional level, consider taking professional interests and professional identity self-test into professional choices;adapt to local conditions, conduct detailed professional settings or cooperate with other institutions to fully explore student interest points. To help them find their career goals. For journalism majors, students who are interested in the news media industry should provide more business courses and internship opportunities. In addition, the media industry itself needs to speed up institutional and institutional reforms, appropriately improve the level of compensation and benefits, focus on content and model innovation, and accelerate the rejuvenation of the media team. |
