In recent years, with the development of social economy and the popularization of network media, more and more school bullying incidents in various parts of China have entered the public’s view through the form of network, which has had a negative impact and harm on the growth of teenagers. The occurrence of school bullying originates from many aspects, and the prevention of school bullying has become a major concern in the management of school environment in China. The school where the author works is a juvenile law education school, the students who enter the school are mostly in violation of the law,in addition to the general teaching, there are judicial departments to manage students’ life.Social work acts as a third party to provide educational and corrective services to students in the school.Based on cognitive behavioral theory and rational emotional therapy, this study analyzed and involved bullying groups in work-study schools through the professional social work methods of groups and cases. To carry out group service for bullying groups, individuals with outstanding problems in the process of group service will be provided with individual case service.Prior to the service activities, social workers made observations on the situation of the bullying group after entering the school,as well as interviews with the teachers and members of the group,so as to clarify the service needs and initially formulate the correction plan.Through the forms of delayed gratification, role playing, scene integration, etc.,the service can improve the self-control ability of the team members, reasonably vent emotions, explore the wrong beliefs of the team members, replace the irrational beliefs, understand the feelings of the bullied, reduce the violent behaviors, and reasonably plan the school leaving plan.Individualization is used to solve the problems of individual cases,to improve the sense of self-identity of the service object through narrative method,to intervene in the family system of the service object to improve the way of family communication,to encourage the service object to reasonably express their needs, andto change the irrational belief of violence to gain attention.According to the research of this paper,it is an effective attempt for social work to carry out the correction of bullying groups in judicial schools, and the methods and values of social work have positive significance for the cognitive behavior correction of bullying groups.Due to the particularity of the composition of the bullying group, the contradictions among the group members and the differentiation of each small group,it is difficult to promote the theme of the activity and lack of group identity.Confrontation and clarification can help to solve the internal contradictions of the group, and the bombing of advantages can help to ease the tension, improve the relationship between members, and improve the confidence and recognition of the group members. The generation and enhancement of group motivation is the premise guarantee for promoting the behavior correction of the bullying group, and it has a positive impact on the in-depth correction of the theme in the later period. The effective establishment of trust relationship between social workers and service objects can improve the effectiveness of narrative therapy, help social workers to improve the understanding of service objects, and enhance the self-value of service objects. However, due to the particularity of the school, there are few dimensions for the social concern to intervene in the bullying group, which cannot penetrate into the group’s living environment, family system and peer group. The follow-up of the members after leaving school is insufficient, and the continuity of the correction effect is difficult to ensure.
