| In recent years,inclusive private kindergartens have developed rapidly.Inclusive private kindergartens provide the basic guarantee of low fees and high education quality for solving the problem of kindergarten admission.This paper starts from the vision of a private preschool teacher of inclusive nature and takes work practice as the research origin.The main research methods are literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.This paper takes12 inclusive private kindergartens,10 full-time kindergarten teachers and three kindergarten principals in shibei district of Qingdao as the research object.From an objective point of view,this paper integrates data to study the management status and improvement strategies of teachers in private kindergartens.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part firstly expounds the origin of the research,clarifies the theoretical and practical significance,and sorts out the relevant research status and theories at home and abroad.The core concepts of this research are defined and the research ideas,methods and tools are described.The second part is a study on the current management status of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens,mainly including teacher employment management,salary management,performance assessment management and teacher training management.The third part is the analysis of the causes of the current management of private kindergarten teachers.It is mainly described from the aspects of government administration,kindergarten management and teachers.In the fourth part,combining with the research data and the analysis of the current situation and causes of the management of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens,some Suggestions are put forward to improve the current situation of the management of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens. |
