| With the rapid development of Internet plus,the "odd jobs economy" is returning to China on the east wind of information technology.As a group with spare time and knowledge reserve and skills,college students have quietly become a new force in the part-time economy.First,whether college students do part-time jobs is related to their personal characteristics,family environment and school education;second,whether doing part-time jobs will affect the employment of college students,and even promote them to embark on the road of entrepreneurship;third,how schools and governments solve these problems to better help college students do part-time jobs and entrepreneurship.In view of the first problem,this paper outlines the group characteristics of part-time college students by combining descriptive statistical analysis and random forest model analysis;in view of the second problem,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism and situation of factors such as part-time experience on college students’ entrepreneurial willingness by establishing structural equation model;in view of the third problem,according to the conclusion of analysis,this paper has an effect on symptoms.Put forward corresponding scientific suggestions.In order to investigate and understand the group characteristics of part-time college students and the impact of part-time job on their willingness to start a business,this paper selects college students in Wuhan as the survey object,and then carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis on the collected questionnaire data.In the formal survey,1000 questionnaires were issued and 929 effective questionnaires were recovered,with a total recovery rate of 92.90%,which ensured the requirements of the best sample size of each sample injection unit.First,carry out descriptive statistical analysis based on the data collected from the questionnaire survey,analyze the group characteristics of college students doing part-time jobs from four dimensions of personal situation,family environment,entrepreneurship education and part-time experience,and at the same time,understand the types and causes of part-time jobs of college students;second,use the random forest model to analyze the group characteristics of college students doing part-time jobs,which has an impact on the importance of college students’ participation in the part-time work economy is ranked;thirdly,the structural equation model is established to analyze the influence mechanism and situation of factors such as part-time experience on college students’ entrepreneurial willingness.After a series of investigation and research,it is found that: first,the proportion of college students participating in part-time jobs is very large;the vast majority of college students work part-time through the Internet channel;in the process of part-time job,they encounter infringement problems,and more than half of college students do not know how to deal with it.Second,the most important three variables that affect college students’ part-time job are "the time that can be freely controlled every week","grade" and "whether the school offers entrepreneurship education courses";the time that can be freely controlled every week isbetween 15-20 hours,and college students who have entrepreneurship education courses are most likely to participate in part-time job.Third,the part-time experience influences the entrepreneurial intention through two ways: one is direct influence,the other is indirect influence on the entrepreneurial intention of college students with entrepreneurial efficiency as the intermediary variable.From the second path,the problem of rights and interests in the process of part-time job has a great impact on the part-time experience of college students,which will directly affect the entrepreneurial attitude of college students.At the end of the article,according to the conclusion of the study,some reasonable suggestions are provided for college students,schools and the government. |
