| With the development of intelligent manufacturing and the upgrading of industrial structure,more and more enterprises in the processing and manufacturing industry,automobile industry,electronics,food and other enterprises choose industrial robots to replace manual production.The emerging specialty is the application and maintenance of industrial robots.The state has gradually attached importance to vocational education and issued many relevant policies and documents to support the development of Vocational Education in view of curriculum reform.In addition,industrial robot enterprises put forward higher requirements for professional skilled personnel and strengthened requirements for post ability.The five-year consistent system in vocational colleges is the main educational system for personnel training,but the enterprises feedback that the graduates of this major are not competent for the job.Through investigation and research,the setting of professional courses restricts the cultivation of talents.Therefore,optimizing the curriculum system of industrial robot has become the main task at present.This research topic is mainly composed of three parts.The first part describes the research background,research purpose and significance,literature review,research ideas and research methods;and then defines the concept and introduces the basic theory.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the subject: the specific analysis of the five-year consistent talents training objectives and the implementation of teaching plan;interviews with professional teachers to understand the current situation of the curriculum system and find the curriculum problems;the investigation of five-year consistent system students,from the perspective of students,to find the problems of the curriculum,and to analyze the problems and their causes Finally,the paper investigates the representative enterprises in Liuzhou and Guangxi,analyzes the demand of professional post talents’ post ability,summarizes the knowledge and skills most needed by professional posts,and points out the direction for the Curriculum Optimization of the specialty.The third part,according to the survey,puts forward the five-year consistent system talent training goal based on professional skills and comprehensive professional ability.Through analyzing and summarizing the ability points of professional skills and comprehensive professional ability,the curriculum is redesigned according to the corresponding ability points,and the curriculum is planned by module ability to make the five-year consistent system curriculum connect more closely The teaching mode,teaching evaluation and the integration of production and teaching,so as to complete the optimization of the industrial robot professional curriculum system,so that the Curriculum Optimization for the current and future years to train talents.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of five-year industrial robot talents in our school,investigates many representative enterprises and graduates,sorts out the jobs and their tasks,refines the comprehensive ability required for completing the post,and forms the comprehensive ability with four module abilities,constructs the modular curriculum system and teaching mode,and puts forward the comprehensive professional ability as the goal and root According to the cognitive law and career growth law of the five-year consistent system students,and following the principle of secondary vocational education as the basis and higher vocational education as the promotion principle,the required courses should be reasonably arranged into the five-year consistent system implementation teaching plan. |
