| Township and village preschool teachers in ethnic areas shoulder the mission of educating children in towns and villages in ethnic areas,as well as the development of preschool education in towns and villages in ethnic areas.The party and the state attach great importance to the construction of the ranks of preschool teachers in ethnic areas and townships.They have adopted a series of measures to improve the welfare of preschool teachers in ethnic areas and to strengthen the professional development of preschool teachers in ethnic areas.The construction has been greatly developed.However,due to the cultural inconsistency of the preschool teachers in the ethnic areas and the preschool teachers in the ethnic areas and the lack of cross-ethnic cultural education and teaching skills,the preschool teachers working in the township gardens in the ethnic areas suffer from life inadequacy,psychological incompatibility and work discomfort.The problem of adaptation cannot be solved by relying solely on the kindergarten teachers themselves.It also requires the participation of all sectors of society to provide reasonable,scientific and effective social support for the kindergarten teachers in the ethnic areas.In order to understand the current situation of cultural adaptation of social support for preschool teachers in townships in ethnic regions,this study uses interviews and observations to investigate the current situationof social support for cultural adaptation of preschool teachers in four towns and villages in X county of Guizhou province,and further analyzes The problems existing in the cultural adaptation of preschool teachers in towns and townships and their influencing factors are explored.The survey found that at present,social support for cultural adaptation of preschool teachers in four towns and villages in X county,Guizhou province has weak government support,single kindergarten support,lack of social support,and insufficient personal support effectiveness.These problems exist in the cultural adaptation of preschool teachers in four towns and villages in X County,Guizhou Province.There are government,kindergarten,community,and personal reasons.Aiming at the problems of cultural adaptation of social support for preschool teachers in ethnic areas,it is necessary to improve social support for cultural adaptation of preschool teachers in ethnic areas.It is a systematic project to improve the social support for the cultural adaptation of preschool teachers in ethnic areas.It is necessary to further clarify the subject,content,operating mechanism and implementation path of the cultural support for preschool teachers in ethnic areas.The subject of cultural adaptation of township and township infant teachers in ethnic areas should include government,kindergarten,society and individuals;the content of cultural adaptation of township and town infant teachers in ethnic areas should include policy support,emotionalsupport,material support,information support,and value affirmative support.In order to guarantee the effective operation of the cultural adaptation of township and early childhood teachers in ethnic areas to the main body of social support,it is necessary to establish and improve the integration mechanism,incentive and guarantee mechanism,interest coordination mechanism and evaluation mechanism of the cultural adaptation of township and early childhood teachers in ethnic areas to social support.In order to enhance the effectiveness of the cultural adaptation of township and township preschool teachers in ethnic areas to social support,it is necessary to improve the implementation path of the cultural adaptation of township and town preschool teachers in ethnic areas to social support,which is specifically guided by the government:strengthening the top-level design and building a guiding institutional environment;kindergarten-led:ethnic Cultural education and kindergarten education are connected to create a supportive and caring environment;social connection : integrate social forces and optimize the social support environment;individual assistance : stimulate individual motivation and build a supportive environment.This builds social support for the "Four in One" of the cultural adaptation of preschool teachers in towns and townships in ethnic areas,guided by government support,led by kindergarten support,connected by social support,and assisted by individual support. |
