With the emergence of the concept about informal learning,museum learning,as an informal learning behavior that occurs under natural circumstances,has gradually received more and more attention from the academic community.Since learners have completely autonomous control over learning objectives,learning behaviors and learning paths during project-based learning in museums,how to evaluate teaching projects in museums has become the focus of researchers’ study.Based on this,this study starts from the issue of the evaluation of teaching projects in museums,defines the meaning of museum learning projects,uses a comparative research method,selects 8 domestic and foreign evaluation index systems related to museum learning projects as samples.The study finds that certification evaluation measures museum construction standards,project evaluation promotes the sustainable development of museums,learning effect evaluation,strengthening the interaction between museums and learners,and performance evaluation provides guarantee for museum operating profit.In the construction of the evaluation index system of museum learning projects in China,we can learn from the evaluation index system of existing project evaluations and construct the index system of fusion project evaluation and learning effect evaluation.The pre-evaluation framework of China’s museum learning project is constructed based on the research status of museum learning evaluation at home and abroad,which advocates the use of teaching AIDS,and pays attention to education information.Moreover,it focuses not only on the overall implementation process of the project,but also on the output of learning results.Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)are utilized to carry out the index selection and weight determination.During the process of the index screening,the relative importance,judgment basis,and familiarity are scored by a determined expert consulting group.The weights are determined by using the analytic software yaahp to calculate the weights.We have determined 5 first-level indicators,which includes the project security,project activity design,project implementation,project effects and project impact.Meanwhile,18 second-level indicators and 57 third-level indicators have been determined.Finally,for the development of museum learning projects in China,this study believes that the content of activities should be reasonably designed and the quality of the content of the project activities must be focused on.Meanwhile,various activities can be organized and the targeted evaluations should be conducted.In addition,we should encourage the rational use of teaching to assist in teaching.Besides,a team of teachers must build in order to improve the professionalism of teachers.What’s more,the evaluation of project effects should be focused on to ensure the sustainable development of the project.
