China has established the construction of an innovative country as an important development strategy,which has led to the rise and development of entrepreneurial education activities in colleges and universities.Entrepreneurship education provides an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of the country,while relieving the pressure of employment,it also provides a fresh and powerful driving force for economic growth.College students are the backbone of innovative talents,and entrepreneurship education teachers are the leaders and guides of entrepreneurship education.Therefore,the ability level of entrepreneurship education teachers is the key to the effective implementation of entrepreneurship education Key,at present,the quality of entrepreneurship education teachers has become a key problem to be solved urgently.In order to serve the team of entrepreneurship education teachers,this paper will construct and empirically study the influencing factors model of entrepreneurship education teachers’ competence,and provide the basis and countermeasures for improving the entrepreneurial education teachers’ ability.This research aims at empirical evaluation and testing of the overall level of competence and influencing factors of entrepreneurship education teachers based on the model.The research uses policy interpretation,literature analysis,questionnaire and other methods,through quantitative research,the following main research results are obtained:(1)Six factors influencing the competence of entrepreneurship teachers were extracted to form a structural index system,namely,professional knowledge,industry experience,opportunity identification,entrepreneurial resources,entrepreneurship training and practice platform building,guiding policies.(2)The hypothesis model of factors influencing the competence of entrepreneurship education teachers was constructed.(3)An empirical study on the competency and influencing factors of entrepreneurship education teachers was carried out.The hypothesis model of the main influencing factors of teachers’competence was established by summarizing and combing the literature,and a questionnaire survey was conducted based on onion model and the index system of teachers’ professional development theory.The results show that professional knowledge,industry experience,opportunity identification,entrepreneurial resources,entrepreneurial training and practice platform building,guidance policies have a positive impact on the competence of entrepreneurial teachers.According to the above research results,this study puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to rovide some suggestions for improving the competence of entrepreneurship education teachers.guide entrepreneurship education teachers to correctly understand the connotation of entrepreneurship education,improve the skill level of entrepreneurship education teachers,strengthen the construction of "double-qualified"entrepreneurship education teachers,and create an external environment for the development of entrepreneurship education teachers,and provide some suggestions for improving the competence of entrepreneurship education teachers.
