| Since entering the 21st century,the proportion of the elderly population in China has increased year by year,and the aging rate has been accelerated obviously,mainly as follows:the ratio of the elderly population is increasing and the social burden is increasing;the number of retirees has increased and the state pension security expenditure has increased.The elderly group is an important human resource.With the improvement of the health level and the extension of the life cycle of the elderly,the existing retirement system has no longer adapted to the current social situation.Retired elderly people can enter the employment market again according to their actual needs.Give play to the remaining heat.As the main source of income for retirees,pension has an important impact on the re-employment choice of the elderly.At the same time,in the face of the impact of aging population,pension security is facing downward pressure,which also provides impetus for the elderly to continue employment and delay the choice of retirement.The employment intention of the elderly is related to many factors,but the research of scholars at home and abroad shows that the main factors affecting the employment of the elderly are the economic situation and the national old-age security policy.To some extent,the amount of pension reflects the level of state pension security and the economic situation of retired elderly people,and its impact on the employment of the elderly is multi-angle and multi-level.On the basis of this,this paper uses the CHARLS2015 year national baseline survey data,selects the pension as the core explanatory variable,adds the urban elderly’s personal characteristic level,the economic level,the social system level variable as the control variable,at the same time adds the pension and the personal assets as well as the education interaction item,through establishes the Probit model to analyze the pension to the old people’s employment intention influence,and analyzes the interaction item as well as the control variable influence effect;Secondly,in order to understand the regional differences of the influence of pension on the employment intention of the elderly,this paper divides the sample into three levels according to the level of per capita income of urban residents in the city,representing the regions with different degrees of economic development,and studies the similarities and differences of the influence of various factors on the employment of the elderly under different levels of economic development,and through the tool variable method to solve the endogenous problem.Through the analysis of theoretical and empirical results,this paper draws the following conclusions:overall,the impact of pension on the employment will of the elderly in cities and towns is significantly negative,after adding tool variables,the weakening effect is more obvious.In different economic development levels,pension employment inhibition is still significant,but there are regional differences,developed areas weaken more;The interaction between personal assets and pensions has a negative effect on employment intention,and the weakening degree of pension is stronger.The interaction between education and pension has a positive effect on employment intention.The influence degree of education counteracts the weakening effect of pension.In view of the above conclusions,this paper suggests the implementation of flexible retirement system,and according to the regional economic development and employment demand differences,first implemented in developed areas;improve the old-age security system,pension growth should be maintained to a certain extent,groups of delayed retirement behavior incentive floating;develop education for the elderly,from the ideological level to enhance the employment motivation of the elderly;provide social support for the employment of the elderly,from the development of the elderly talent market,build employment platform and formulate security measures to promote the employment of the elderly. |
