| With the continuous development of preschool education,people require more and more preschool teachers,and the professional quality of preschool teachers is the key to their development.Through long-term practice,preschool teachers have realized that only advanced curriculum concepts and skills can not solve the specific problems in education smoothly and can not meet the needs of teachers’ professional development.Because the educational situation is changeable and the educational opportunity is fleeting,in the face of special educational groups,preschool teachers need to use more flexible educational means to solve problems,that is,educational wit.On the basis of the analysis of teacher education wit research,comb the concept,characteristics,influencing factors and promotion strategies,clarify the research perspective and research value: from the perspective of preschool teachers,collective teaching activities to explore the current situation of educational wit in kindergarten and its existing problems.This study is mainly oriented to qualitative research,using observation method and interview method for 6 preschool teachers in C kindergarten for 3 months,and the observation basis mainly refers to Max.Fan Meilan about the dimension of education wit,from silence,eyes,action,speech,atmosphere and example six aspects of observation records,and Chinese scholars Wang Jinghua,Wang Chen and other division of education wit type,from the teacher own mistakes,children and questions,children bad behavior and external situation interference,the study found that preschool teachers use education wit frequency is not high,more for criticism,ignore such false wit,less based on the perspective of children.In-depth interviews with teachers and analysis of their influencing factors mainly include educators’ educational wit concept,reflection on activities,and teachers’ knowledge,experience and practical experience.Based on this basis,the study puts forward specific feasibility strategies from two aspects of teachers and kindergartens: teachers should update educational wit,strengthen their observation,timely reflection,improve the ability of educational wit,to create good external conditions for generating educational wit,to organize regular lectures,organize new teachers to study,create educational wit sharing platform,to establish sound developmental evaluation system,to guide preschool teachers to better play educational wit,and provide good measures for children’s development. |
