Research On The Influencing Factors Of Technological Innovation Talent Troop Of Technological Enterprises In GBA

As one of China's important economic development centers,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)has played a demonstrative and leading role in the construction of the national scientific and technological innovation talent team.Foshan A Company,Shenzhen A Company,and Shenzhen B Company are located in the GBA,and their industries are of technology type.The three companies all have problems such as difficulty in introducing,retaining,and serious loss of scientific and technological innovation talents.Solving these problems can be used as a reference for the company to transform and upgrade innovative enterprises,and it is also a reference for optimizing the construction of scientific and technological innovation talents in GBA.The research object of this paper is the companies in GBA.Through in-depth interview research methods,it explores the factors affecting the construction of the technology and innovation talent team of three companies,and proposes to improve the construction of the company's technological innovation talent team.The corresponding suggestions were made.Through literature review and theoretical analysis,this article adopts a grounded theory method to analyze the content of the interviews.First,the three-phase interviews about scientific and technological innovation talents are coded in short sentences.Then,the coded sentences are summarized through logical relations,and eight secondary key points are obtained.Combining the actual situation of the enterprise,these eight key points are summarized into two main key points through logical relations.Finally,through the analysis of these key points,it is concluded that if the company hopes to optimize the construction of the scientific and technological innovation talent team,it must find a new corporate strategic positioning suitable for the company's upward development,and learn to use all aspects of society to serve itself and form Mutual assistance and cooperation among the government,enterprises and universities.The grounded theoretical analysis throughout the full text has enriched the existing theoretical content of the factors affecting the construction of science and technology talents in the GBA,and guided Foshan A Company to optimize the structure of science and technology innovation talents.At the same time,it can also provide a theoretical basis for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises of the same type in the GBA.
