A Study Of Promoting College Students’ Confidence In The Political System Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

The self-confidence in the political system refers to the people’s correct understanding,high degree of recognition,self-affirmation,and self-conscious adherence to the political system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,its historical inevitability,inherent values,superiority,capabilities,achievements,and prospects for development,as well as the attitudes,emotions,and behaviors inspired by it.College students are the main force of the cause of socialist construction and the successor to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The level of confidence in their political system largely affects the degree of the people’s confidence in the political system and the prospect for the development of socialist politics with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,to enhance their confidence in political system is an inevitable requirement to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,a major strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee,and an important content of ideological and political education in colleges.Based on the essential foundations and the generative mechanisms of college students’ confidence in political system,this thesis reveals the main problems existing in college students’ confidence in political system through questionnaire surveys,and analyzes the deep reasons behind them.All these strive to accurately grasp the current situation of college students’ confidence in the political system and provide reliable support for this study.The ultimate purpose of this study is to explore the generative channels to enhance the confidence in the political system,and seek to optimize and perfect the practical mechanisms of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.On the basis of the theoretical researches and the empirical analyses,this thesis finally puts forward the principles and paths to enhance college students’ confidence in political system.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the research background and significances of the promotion of college students’ confidence in the political system,sorts out and evaluates the relevant researches of domestic and foreign scholars,and explains the research contents,research methods and innovations of this thesis.This part focuses on the outline and guides,establishes a clear direction for the full text,and prepares for the study.The second part explains the concepts,fundamental bases and generating mechanisms of college students’ confidence in political system,as well as the significances of improving college students’ confidence in political system.This part focuses on analyzing the theoretical logic of enhancing college students’ confidence in the political system,discussing the theories and methods,and laying a theoretical foundation for the full thesis.The third part analyzes the positive performances and the main existing problems of college students’ confidence in political system through the questionnaire surveys,and analyzes the main reasons for the problems from three aspects of college students themselves,college and social environments.This part focuses on collecting survey data,grasping the status quo of college students’ confidence in the political system,setting up a problem-orientation,and doing a good job of practical guidance,so as to provide sufficient realistic basis for this thesis.The fourth part,based on the problems and causes of college students’ political system confidence,puts forward the principles and paths to improve college students’ political system confidence.This part is the emphasis of the full text,focusing on solving the problems,proposing strategies,discussing measures,and forming the basic ideas for enhancing college students’ confidence in the political system,which summarizes this study.Mainly based on the theoretical analyses of the literature and survey questionnaire analyses,and combined with practical experience,thinking and perception,this thesis tries to form a preliminary study on enhancing college students’ confidence in the political system.
