With the steady development of China’s economy,the exchanges between countries are constantly strengthened,and the number of people studying abroad is also increasing.Therefore,there is a growing demand for people to study abroad.The number of training institutions is also increasing year by year,especially in the last five years,the competition of education institutions has become fierce.Coupled with the impact of the epidemic in2020,the overseas education education industry is facing a huge challenge.How to improve product satisfaction will be one of the key factors for a company to succeed in the market.Based on the overall concept theory of market product and ACSI customer satisfaction theory,this paper first explains the background and significance of the research,research status at home and abroad,research methods,etc.,and analyzes the current situation of the training camp products of Suzhou BY Company,and then similar products in the overseas study market.Then it conducts satisfaction questionnaire for further empirical analysis.Based on the investigation results for data analysis,it is concluded that the main factors affecting the customer satisfaction is Lecturer,Teaching condition of hotel facilities and Auxiliary teaching.Further regression analysis shows that these three factors are positively correlated with the satisfaction of training camp,among which the lecturer variable is the most significant.Then it puts forward targeted strategies to improve the satisfaction of the training camp,namely,the improvement of the lecturer,the hotel’s hardware facilities and the teaching auxiliary services.Finally,It focuses on the implementation guarantee.It provides reference for other companies in the same industry. |
