| In the 2019 Taicang IAAF Race Walking Challenge and World Championships 20 km Race Walking Trial,Chinese male athletes Wang Kaihua won the championship,Cai Zelin won the second place,Yin Jiaxing won the fourth place,Gao Wenkui won the fifth place,Xu Hao won the seventh place, and Zhang Jun Get the ninth place.Although Chinese athletes have achieved good results, there have been 7 penalties in the entire competition. In order to train more targeted in the future and continuously improve the walking techniques of my country’s outstanding male race walkers, this article uses the literature method,Mathematical statistics and measurement methods are used to research and analyze the lower limb skills of the above athletes at different speeds in this game, combined with relevant technical elements. The research results show that:1.On the whole,Chinese athletes present a rhythm of "slow front and fast back".Yin Jiaxing and Zhang Jun have a "small step and fast frequency" technical style at low speeds.Cai Zelin and Xu Hao decrease in step length when accelerating, and Wang Kaihua changes with speed. The step length increases and the step frequency decreases.2.Chinese athletes in high-speed walking state, except for Wang Kaihua, the angle between the two thighs is too small, the hip joint is not open enough, and the balance of the left and right leg landing angles becomes worse with the increase of speed;the low landing angle of Xu Hao at high speed increases the landing time When the two thighs of Gao Wenkui and Zhang Jun overlap, the angle of the knee joint becomes smaller, and the swinging leg is tight, and the calf has a back push phenomenon;Gao Wenkui and Xu Hao are not enough to kick back at high speed, and the ankle extension is smaller;Zhang Jun increases with the speed The forward swing distance is increased and the back kick is sufficient, but the reduction in the back swing distance limits its step length.3.During the acceleration process,Chinese athletes lean forward greatly, hip joint flexion, upper limb swing back and left unbalanced.Among them,Wang Kaihua’s large and small arm angles are relatively poorly balanced, which affects technical standardization and walking stability;Cai Zelin,Yin Jiaxing and Zhang Jun differed too much in the head ups and downs when accelerating, resulting in significant vertical displacement of the body’s center of gravity. |
