In recent years,the Tai Chi Team of Henan Province has won the champion of men’s taijiquan sword in the 13th world championships,won the second place in the 12th and 13th national games for two consecutive times,won the champion of men’s taijiquan in the third world taijiquan championship,and won the champion in many national large-scale competitions.Although it achieved good results,the occurrence of sports injuries seriously hindered the improvement of the competitive level of the Team.In order to further improve the atheletes’ competitive ability of Henan Tai Chi Team,reduce the occurrence of sports injuries,Functional Movement Screen(FMS)will be carried out upon the Henan Tai Chi team,and the basic pattern,limitation and the asymmetry of the movement will be confirmed.It is found that obstacles do exist in the basic pattern of action,so intervention training plan will be made according to the results of the screening,and verify whether the intervention plan can improve the athletes’ FMS and their scores in physical fitness test.FMS is a simple movenent screening tool and a scoring system for movenent patterns.It consists of seven basic movements.By observing the completion quality of these seven movements,subjects are graded to find out the weak links or asymmetries in the basic movements.Because of the strict requirements of movements,the subjects’ potential problems which are hard to find in usual training will be exposed Weak or asymmetrical basic movements will seriously affect the training effect and increase the risk of sports injury.The scoring results of FMS can provide a clear understanding of the basic motor ability of the subjects,help the testers to formulate corrective training strategies,improve the quality of movements in a logical order,reduce the risk of injury,enhance professionalism,and lay a solid foundation for better physical training in the future.Research methods of the study includes documentary,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experimental method,and the research subjects are the eight athelets of Henan Tai Chi Team.According to the athletes’ FMS and the pretest scores in the fitness test,with the physical condition and scores combined four atheltes will be selected from eight athletes as the intervention group underwent the functional corrective training;the other four athletes served as the control group and underwent traditional physical training.Before experiment,physical fitness test and FMS will be carried out upon the atheletes.By analysing the basic physical performance of athletes and results of FMS,the intervention group’s corrective training plan will be made.The training cycle is ten weeks without affecting the normal training.The training is scheduled to go on the afternoon of every Monday,Wensday,Friday,after the special training,common training will be made according to the situation of screening on Monday,Wednesday and Friday,individualized training for an hour.When the training cycle ends,an after test will be carried out to test the intervention training effect.Excel 2003 and SPSS 22.0 were used to conduct statistics,comparison and analysis on the data of the two groups of experimental subjects before and after the experiment,and finally the following conclusions were drawn:First,through FMS,it was found that the core control ability of most subjects was weak,and the core stability needed to be improved,which was mainly related to the ability of lumbar and abdominal muscle groups and body spine to maintain stability,and the ability of power to be effectively transferred from upper limbs to lower limbs and effectively utilize energy.Second,through the first screening,it is found that all the subjects’ shoulder joint physical flexibility and active straight knee leg lifting test are full marks,and it is concluded that Taijiquan athletes have good physical flexibility.According to the results of screening design targeted intervention training can make the subjects of FMS grades improved obviously,obviously improved the wrong action pattern,the prevention of sports injuries have played a role,at the same time,the subjects of basic physical performance also has a lot of improvement,showing to the intervention group design intervention training effect.Compared with traditional physical training,functional training is more prominent in improving athletes’ basic physical fitness and improving screening scores.It can provide more effective guarantee for athletes’ competitive matches and provide certain reference for coaches’ training in the future. |
