| Universities have always been important positions for the construction of knowledge and technology in the whole society,and are also important driving forces for enhancing the advanced nature of national production and development.In the 21st century,with the rapid development of economy and more diversified and prosperous culture,the significance of University existence for society and the country is also increasingly enriched.University not only undertakes the important task of realizing the strategic goal of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country through talents,but also bears the important mission of promoting the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and enhancing the soft power of socialist culture.To carry out the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and the party’s educational policy,it is urgent for colleges and universities to extend it by means of Ideological and political education,and also need a carrier with profound cultural heritage and broad cultural features as a medium.The university spirit is the accumulation of decades of excellent cultural construction and the relative concentration of decades of excellent research achievements.Therefore,the university spirit and the ideological and political education of college students to explore and think,whether it is for the improvement of students’ scientific and cultural quality and ideological and moral level,or for the cultivation and construction of campus culture,education environment and good school spirit,and even for the cohesion of national spirit and the promotion of cultural soft power,has an incomparable important role.At the same time,the author hopes to combine the theoretical and practical research of Ideological and political education with the research of university spirit Operation method.Specifically,this paper can be divided into four partsThe first part is the elaboration of the concept connotation,historical origin and the important factors affecting the development of university spirit.It takes Xi’an Jiaotong University’s "westward migration spirit",Shaanxi Normal University’s "red candle spirit" and Shaanxi University of science and technology’s "three innovations and two migrations spirit" as specific cases to explain in detail.The second part is the in-depth exploration of the internal relationship between university spirit and ideological and political education,starting from the commonness of university spirit and ideological and political education and the embodiment of university spirit and ideological and political education.The third part is mainly in the form of questionnaire survey on the current situation of university spirit in Ideological and political education,and then make a statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey,and then explore the problems existing in the ideological and political education of university spirit in detail.The fourth part is to put forward corresponding solutions to the problems exposed in the process of giving full play to the ideological and political education function of university spirit.In this way,through the combination and improvement of university spirit and ideological and political education,more students will receive better education and get more comprehensive development. |
