With the further progress of education informatization,information technology continuously promotes the reform and innovation of educational and teaching methods.As a new teaching mode under the background of education informatization,blended teaching is an important way to improve education quality.However,in the current secondary vocational school curriculum teaching,the design of the curriculum mode based on blended teaching is still imperfect,the effect of teaching is not obvious,and students can seldom accept it.Therefore,based on the existing research,this paper systematically collects the theoretical basis of blended education,and then combines empirical research to investigate the current situation of blended teaching of Tour Guide Business.Further more,by analyzing the key factors and their action paths of affecting the acceptance of blended teaching in the course of Tour Guide Business in vocational schools,we can optimize and improve teaching strategy,so as to promote the original blended teaching mode and enhance students’ learning efficiency and the willingness to use it.The paper selected the students who learned or are learning Tour Guide Business as the research objects.These students are from the same school-L High School in Qingdao.The methods of literature research,interview,questionnaire survey and data analysis are used to carry out the research combining theory with experiment.The main achievements are as follows:(1)On the basis of summarizing the theories of education and teaching,blended teaching and technology acceptance at home and abroad,a comprehensive research framework is proposed,which aims to apply UTAUT to blended teaching.(2)Through questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of blended teaching of Tour Guide Business,and finally finds out the problems existing in the current blended teaching and teaching mode.(3)Based on the analysis of the applicability of UTAUT model,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors of blended teaching acceptance of Tour Guide Business in secondary vocational schools,puts forward research hypotheses and verifies the influencing factors.Combined with the results of model analysis,this paper puts forward 12 specific optimization measures to enhance the acceptance of blended teaching in terms of four influencing factors.(4)On the basis of the original blended teaching process of before class,in class and after class,the optimization measures are integrated into it,and the blended teaching mode of Tour Guide Business in secondary vocational schools is constructed based on the teaching optimization strategy of UTAUT model.The teaching content is the first section of Chapter 13 of Tour Guide Business,and the teaching object is all students of Class 5,Grade 1 in Qingdao L High School,majoring in tourism service and management.(5)After the implementation of the teaching,we evaluate the implementation effect and put forward strategies to improve the teaching effect according to questionnaires and interviews.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the interview and questionnaire survey,there are some problems in the blended teaching of Tour Guide Business in secondary vocational schools,such as insufficient teacher-student interaction feedback,boring teaching content,single teaching method and simple blended mode.(2)Based on the path analysis of UTAUT model,performance expectation,effort expectation,social influence and convenient conditions all have a significant impact on the acceptance of blended teaching of Tour Guide Business in secondary vocational schools.Based on the above factors,the paper puts forward some optimization measures,such as constructing learning objectives,diversifying teaching,implementing supervision,rewards and punishments,and selecting easily-use learning platforms.(3)The optimization measures are integrated into the pre class preparation,in class teaching and after class promotion stage,and the blended teaching mode of Tour Guide Business course based on UTAUT model teaching optimization strategy is constructed.Through the teaching effect evaluation,this mode can improve the teaching effect and improve the students’ acceptance of the blended teaching.(4)Finally,aiming at the improvement of blended teaching effect,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy optimization measures from the construction of school information teaching facilities,the selection of online teaching platform and the differentiated needs of students,in order to improve the practical application effect.
