As education informatization is getting more important,various universities are promoting the construction of “digital campus” and “smart campus”,but this type of school-level information system generally has the shortcomings as follows:(1)mismatching with the professional information management needs of secondary colleges due to large management granularity;(2)unable to obtain data information efficiently because of low data information conversion;(3)impossible to provide effective data information application channels or tap the value of data owing to the absence of data application.In consideration of above problems,a higher requirement for the current education information system construction is proposed.From the perspective of big data,this topic analyzes the education information system,puts forward countermeasure to above problems,and then conducts in-depth research in the following aspects:1.Intelligent process engine: In view of the diverse and complex approval procures in secondary colleges,which is time-consuming and laborious with inefficient data information conversion,an intelligent process engine based on smart nodes is proposed.This engine,by virtue of the artificial intelligence capabilities of smart nodes,can improve efficiency of data information acquisition and assist in completing the work.In this topic,the concept and technical principle of intelligent process engine are described,and relevant interfaces are designed for implementation.2.Evaluation of teacher team: Multi-dimensional evaluation of teacher team helps point out the direction for teacher team development and supports the analysis for allocating college leadership resources.The evaluation of team ability has always been neglected in education informatization,so aiming at the evaluation of teacher team ability,a method for constructing team ability index system based on improved balanced scorecard and a combined evaluation method based on BP-AHP are designed in this topic.On this basis,a comprehensive ability score can be obtained through the evaluation of scientific research ability,teaching ability,social service ability,learning and growth ability,as well as financial ability.3.“Hot-plug” big data application pool: In order to realize big data application in education information system,a “hot-plug” big data application pool solution composed of a third-party access management module as well as big data application pool module is designed.In this way,the code deployment without stopping is achieved,so that the independently deployed big data application can be integrated into the hospital-level information platform only by platform setting.4.Research on the college-level information platform based on micro-service architecture: In this topic,the college-level information system for Z college based on micro-service architecture is designed and realized.In addition to the traditional information platform functions,this system also integrates intelligent process engines and big data application pool module,and applies the teacher team ability evaluation in the big data application pool module.Tests prove that the hospital-level information platform meets both functional and non-functional requirements.The application of college-level information management platform can not only improve the work efficiency of secondary colleges and universities,but also provide support for the college’s decision making,thereby greatly enhancing the college’s management information application level.
