| As an important part of China’s vocational education system,secondary vocational education assumes the duty and responsibility of cultivating high-quality skilled talents.In-post internship,as a way to effectively transform theoretical knowledge into practical ability,and as an effective method to improve the quality of secondary vocational school students’ training,enhance their sense of social responsibility and practical spirit,is naturally an important and essential part of the education and teaching process in secondary vocational schools.With the continuous update of policy documents related to vocational school internships,the governments are constantly improving the regulations of vocational schools,together with implementing those rules,and solving the problems of students in vocational schools.However,due to objective reasons such as insufficient experience in implementing internships in our country,a series of problems have been exposed in the course of practice.These problems not only restrict the effectiveness of implementation of the internships,reduce the quality of personnel training in secondary vocational schools,but also hinder the development of secondary vocational schools.Therefore,the investigation and research on the management of internship of secondary vocational students is still of great significance.Taking the actual situation of Nanning H Secondary Vocational School as the starting point,taking the tourism service major students,teachers and related enterprises and institutions participating in the internship as the research objects,and applying the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method,this research will collect and analyze the data,and will summarize the practical problems existing in the internship of tourism service majors in H secondary vocational school.What’s more,this article will combine with the actual situation of H secondary vocational school so as to put forward targeted strategies.After investigation and research,the author found that during the internship process of tourism service majors in H vocational school,pre-job training was not managed perfectly,secondary vocational schools do not attach importance to the ideological management of students,the management function of the school instructor was difficult to properly perform,and the interns’ life in the company was not properly performed.Management and the legal rights and interests of interns have not been fully protected.In response to the above problems,the author proposes to carry out off-campus pre-job training and implement on-campus pre-job training;strengthen the ideological management of interns;strictly manage the internship process and focus on the construction of the teaching team;strengthen the life management functions of interns;strengthen the feasibility of laws and regulations and refine the protection and management of the rights and interests of interns.The author strives to provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of internships for students from H Secondary Vocational Schools in Nanning City through this investigation and research,and to set an example for the scientific management and effective implementation of internships for students majoring in tourism services in other secondary vocational schools. |
