In recent years,with the further opening of China’s education and training market,the scale of China’s education and training industry has been growing,and the number of training enterprises has gradually increased.Diversified education and training market pattern,low entry requirements of training industry and huge potential market scale further aggravate the competition among education and training enterprises and increase the work pressure of employees in the industry.The demand of high-qualified innovative talents for education and training enterprises is also increasing rapidly.The role of high-quality employees in the development of training enterprises is becoming more and more prominent.Excellent teachers and high-qualified staff become the object of competition among training enterprises,which leads to the high employee turnover rate of training enterprises.In particular,the loss of excellent staff to the same industry has brought huge losses to the original enterprises.Therefore,the employee turnover has become an urgent problem for training enterprises.This paper takes Ningxia Branch of HT education as the research object.Based on the reference of domestic and foreign research literature on employee turnover,the paper analyzes the background and significance of current research on employee turnover of Ningxia Branch of HT education from the perspective of industry development.Meanwhile,it expounds the relevant theories and models of employee turnover at home and abroad.Through field visits to enterprises,the paper also illustrates the current situation of enterprise development and countermeasures.In order to find out the main reasons of employee turnover in HT education company,this paper analyzes the organizational structure,personnel composition,employee turnover status,job satisfaction and influencing factors of HT education company.At the same time,combined with the theoretical basis and practical work experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures to solve the problem of employee turnover in HT education company.
