Research On Budget Performance Evaluation Of Scientific Research In Hunan Financial Engineering Vocational College

In recent years,with the country’s emphasis on vocational education,vocational colleges have ushered in an important opportunity for development.Among many projects,the management of scientific research projects is particularly important,because it is usually the core index to evaluate the faculty of a higher vocational college.In the case of limited funds,the performance management of the project budget and the improvement of the utilization efficiency of project funds are the key to improve the efficiency and benefit of financial management in higher vocational colleges,and also the important means to ensure the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges in the limited capital environment.This paper takes the scientific research project budget in the project budget as the research object,through the research on the scientific research project budget of Hunan Financial Engineering Vocational College.First of all,this paper from the background of the formation of performance-related theories,the development of domestic performance evaluation,the necessity of performance evaluation in colleges and universities using document retrieval.Secondly,it briefly introduces the basic information of Hunan Financial Engineering Vocational College,analyzes the current situation of the budget performance evaluation of scientific research projects carried out by the college,and explores a series of problems existing in it.Finally,take the "3E" principle as the core,research and build a scientific research project budget performance evaluation system in line with the actual needs of the college.Based on the evaluation results of the model,specific suggestions are put forward to further improve the budget performance management ability of scientific research projects of Hunan Vocational College of Finance and Industry.Through the model calculation,the “general” conclusion of the college’s scientific research project budget performance evaluation is reached.The conclusions obtained by the model calculation are consistent with the problems found by the interview method,which further verifies the scientific nature of the college’s scientific research project budget performance evaluation model.The evaluation index system and model constructed in this paper are easy to operate,and can better realize the evaluation of the performance of scientific research projects.On the other hand,the research in this paper also enriches the relevant theories of scientific research project management in vocational colleges.
