The quality of kindergarten education is closely related to the life and development of every child in the kindergarten.The research on the concept of kindergarten teachers’education quality in minority towns is helpful to the reflection and renewal of teachers’own concept of education quality.Based on the evaluation subject of "township kindergarten teachers in ethnic minority areas",this study understands the actual state of their educational quality concepts,explores the influencing factors of their educational quality concepts,and then puts forward application suggestions for the deficiency of their educational quality concepts in rural kindergarten teachers in ethnic minority areas.This study is given priority to with questionnaire,teachers’ individual depth interview is complementary,ethnic minority areas in Yunnan province,300 villages and towns of kindergarten teachers,through the analysis of the difference between inspection and related discussed township kindergarten teachers’ education in minority areas within the concept of quality space and facilities,conservation,lesson plans and implementation,centralized education activities,games,activities,interpersonal interaction and support parents and teachers in the differences of demographic variables.According to the results of this study,firstly,kindergarten teachers in towns and townships in ethnic minority areas have a high overall level of evaluation on the space and facilities,childcare,curriculum planning and implementation,concentrated educational activities,game activities,interpersonal interaction and the importance of parents and teachers in their concept of educational quality.Second,there are significant differences in the concept of educational quality of teachers in township kindergartens in ethnic minority areas in terms of their nature of kindergarten,employment mode,learning and training,educational background,teaching years and certificate holding status.The main factors that affect the concept of education quality of teachers in township kindergartens in ethnic minority areas include the nature of teachers in kindergartens,policy orientation,social environment and teachers’ own professional level.Combined with the results of questionnaire survey and individual interviews,it is found that the educational quality concept of teachers in township kindergartens in ethnic minority areas has some shortcomings,such as attaching more importance to the quality of kindergarten conditions,needing to update their professional concept,and not paying enough attention to game activities.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward some practical suggestions on cultivating and improving the concept of education quality of teachers in township kindergartens in ethnic minority areas from the perspective of education departments of county governments,kindergartens,teachers and society.At the level of education departments of county-level government,firstly,policy guidance should be provided to promote the renewal of the concept of education quality of kindergarten teachers;Second,financial support should be provided to promote learning and training reforms.At the level of township kindergarten,we should first improve the management of kindergarten teachers;Two to take the initiative to participate in learning training;Third,we should actively carry out garden-based training;Fourth,we should focus on improving the treatment of kindergarten teachers.At the level of kindergarten teachers and society,on the one hand,teachers should actively learn professional knowledge,establish a scientific concept of kindergarten education quality;On the other hand,society should respect the labor value of kindergarten teachers and improve their social status.
