Teachers’ cold violence is a non-violent means of attacking students in educational situations.In view of the more and more frequent teaching accidents caused by teachers’ cold violence,the researchers take the junior middle school students as the object,carry out empirical research in order to describe the present situation and find out the intervention ways to effectively reduce teachers’ cold violence.In this paper,questionnaire on teachers’ tendency of cold violence is adapted into the questionnaire on teachers’ cold violence tendency completed by students。By classroom observation,interview and questionnaire survey,the present situation of cold violence in junior middle school teachers of Y city is presented.Based on the real situation obtained in the early stage,the training intervention questions were compiled.And eight teachers of two junior high schools in Y city were trained by the combination of online and offline.The results of the intervention of the questionnaire completed by students was effective.Study one is a questionnaire rifacimento.It is to find the measurement tool of teachers’ cold violence from the students’ perspective.Based on the expert assessment method,the existing questionnaire of teachers’ cold violence tendency was adapted to obtain the student version of the questionnaire.And its’ reliability and validity were tested by retesting and nomination.The results show that the adapted questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Study two is the investigation of the present situation.It is to show the current situation of teachers’ cold violence in junior high school education in Y city.By means of literature method,observation method,interview method and questionnaire method,the present situation of teachers’ cold violence in four junior high schools in Y city was investigated,and four common situations of teachers’ cold violence were summarized.And through the data analysis,the difference of teacher cold violence in students’ demographic variables was tested.The results showed that there were significant differences in gender,school type and academic achievement,but not in grade.Based on the data of study two,this paper designs the intervention scheme of online and offline in study three combination with cognitive behavior change theory,participatory teacher training and developmental psychology theory.First of all,we held offline seminars to feedback the results of previous studies to attract teachers to participate.Then,some teachers were given cognitive intervention by WeChat group online,and then questionnaires were distributed to the subjects again to collect data.The effectiveness of the intervention program was verified by the change of teachers’cold violence index.After intervention,the scores of teachers’ cold violence tendency in the intervention group and the online intervention group were significantly reduced,which verified the effectiveness of the intervention scheme.
