Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Social Director Of Sports Team In New Tongchuan District

Social sports coaches play an important role in the sports profession in China and can directly influence the development of national fitness activities.It plays an important role in increasing leisure time and improving fitness.With the rapid development of China’s economy in recent years,people’s quality of life has improved and the demand for fitness from the social audience has increased.Proposal of measures is very important for the development of community sports coaches.This study examines the current status and measures of social welfare teachers in public welfare in Tongchu.Analyze literature survey methods,survey methods,interview methods,field observation methods,mathematical statistical methods,and current status of local copper teacher teams and find appropriate measures according to the actual situation.Following the analysis and research along with the actual situation,the following conclusions are drawn.Tongchuan social and social sports teachers have problems with low skill levels,low academic qualifications and aging.There are few training opportunities,irregular training times,lack of knowledge in the science training system,there are phenomena focused on practice rather than theory,and there is no complete evaluation system where mentoring projects focus mainly on square dance and movement.There are no applicable administrative regulations,and relevant ministries oversee social and social sports watcher associations..According to the current situation of the Tongchuan Public Health Social Workout Team,the following measures are proposed: improving the skill level of the social work coach,improving the social work coach team;Increase the construction of stadiums and supporting facilities so fans can proceed with diversification projects.Developing a comprehensive system for training,evaluation and management systems Let social sports watchers work with evidence.The government needs to provide more support,increase publicity for public sports monitor jobs,and secure adequate funding.
