Secondary vocational school is an important position to train practical and skilled talents.It is an important function of secondary vocational education to promote the development of students’ abilities and train suitable talents for the society.In modern society,professional quality,professional knowledge and professional ability are important factors that affect the quality of workers.Among them,professional quality directly determines the exertion of students’ professional knowledge and ability,and it is the premise and guarantee to improve the vocational competition ability of secondary vocational students.Therefore,cultivating students’ professional quality can speed up the emergence of excellent students with high quality,realize the maximum goal of talent training and increase the students’ employment opportunities.This study adopts the literature method,the questionnaire method and interviewing method as the basic research methods,taking T secondary vocational school students as the research case,to research on the secondary vocational student’s professional quality cultivation.The study finds that secondary vocational students’ professional quality cultivation has obtained certain achievement,and problems also exist at the same time,such as the system of professional quality training is not perfect,the ways of professional quality training is not comprehensive,the practice of professional quality training is not enough,and the content of professional quality training is not accurate and so on.The main reasons affecting the cultivation of students’ professional quality in secondary vocational school are from society,school,family and students themselves.Based on the existing problems and reasons for students’ professional quality cultivation in T secondary vocational school,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures to improve the secondary vocational students’ professional quality cultivation in T school on the basis of empirical investigation,such as 1.Introduce some enterprises into T secondary vocational school,develop the channels for professional quality cultivation among students;2.Enhance the students’ professional quality cultivation from many aspects in T secondary vocational school to push forward the work of professional quality cultivation;3.The family and the school cooperate,and attach importance to the role of family in secondary vocational students’ professional quality cultivation;4.Strengthen students’ self-management and broaden channels for the secondary vocational students in professional quality cultivation.This study provides a theoretical reference for the secondary vocational students’ professional quality cultivation,which is helpful to improve the overall quality of secondary vocational students and even the workers in our country.
