Objective: teenagers are the hope of a country and the future of a nation.It is a major event related to the future of a country and a nation to enhance their physique and promote their healthy growth.The country has always attached great importance to it.Since the promulgation and implementation of the "national student system health standard" in 2007,it has been improved and revised,and issued a series of new guidelines and policies,all of which are to better conform to the growth law of teenagers and enhance their physical health.In this paper,the physical fitness of students in traditional sports schools(hereinafter referred to as "sports schools")and non sports traditional sports schools(hereinafter referred to as "non sports schools")in the new urban area of Xi’an city were tested,and the test results were compared and analyzed.Through the comparative analysis,the differences in physique between students of Sports Transmission school and non Sports Transmission school were analyzed,which caused the difference between the two types of school students The reason of the opposite sex,find the problem and put forward the corresponding suggestions.Through the research and analysis,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the better development of Sports Transmission schools,and provides some enlightenment and reference for the cultivation of personal and family consciousness and school reform and innovation of non Sports Transmission schools,so as to enhance students’ physical fitness level and help them cultivate the consciousness and habit of lifelong sports.Methods: by using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,test,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,three sports schools and three non sports schools were randomly selected in Xi’an new urban area.They were divided into two groups: sports school group and non sports school group.1800 students were selected from each group(including 900 boys and 900 girls)There are 100 male and female students in grade one,grade two and grade three.Through the various indicators of physical fitness test,this paper analyzes the relevant indicators of the students in the sports school group and the non sports school group.Result:1.The BMI of male students from grade 1 to grade 3 was p < 0.05,while that of girls was p < 0.05.The height of male students was p > 0.05 in Grade 1,P <0.05 in grade 2 and grade 3.The height of female students was p > 0.05 in grade one,and P < 0.05 in grade two and grade three.The weight of boys in Grade 1 and grade 2was p < 0.05,and that in grade 3 was p > 0.05.The weight of female students in grade one and grade three was p < 0.05,and that in grade two was p > 0.05.2.The physical function indexes of students in physical transmission school and non physical transmission school were p < 0.05 for boys from grade 1 to grade 2,P >0.05 for grade 3,and P < 0.05 for girls.3.The physical fitness indexes of students in physical transmission school and non sports school were p > 0.05 for male students from grade 1 to grade 3 in 50 m race,P > 0.05 in female students,P < 0.05 in grade 2;P > 0.05 in boys in standing long jump,P > 0.05 in grade 2 and 3 in standing long jump,Female students were all P <0.05 from the first to the third grade of junior high school;the first and third grade of male students in sitting posture were p > 0.05 and P < 0.05;the first and third grade of girls were p > 0.05,and the second grade was p < 0.05;the sit up girls were all P <0.05 from the first to the third grade of junior high school;the first and third grade of800 m girls were p > 0.05,and the second year of junior high school was p < 0.05;and that of 1000 m male students was p > 0.05 and P < 0.05.4.Compared with non PE school students in exercise awareness,exercise status,sports activities,sports facilities use,living habits,family concept,the proportion of sports school students is higher than that of non sports school students.Conclusion : 1.The physical fitness of the students in the new urban area is obviously better than that in the non sports schools.Physical transmission school has obvious influence on the body shape,physical function and physical quality of junior high school students,especially in obesity index,vital capacity index,standing long jump,girls sit up,boys pull up index,etc.2.Sports Transmission school is helpful to the active development of extracurricular sports activities,thus enriching students’ extracurricular life,promoting students’ social communication,relieving learning pressure,cultivating positive and optimistic attitude towards physical exercise,and being able to treat physical exercise,training and competition positively,so as to continuously improve their own physical health level.3.Students’ physical health level will be affected by their daily diet,work and rest,family environment,etc.good eating habits,regular work and rest,good family fitness atmosphere are conducive to the improvement of students’ physical health level.
